Ok..im from Dallas and i just so happen to be delivering a load down the street from here and a local driver recommended i Vist Sam’s to get some local food. I wasn’t disappointed this was some amazing food I didn’t think Shreveport had good food like this. I was wrong. If I’m ever near here again I will return. And the lady in the front was absolutely awesome great customer service especially for someone not from the city

The food was absolutely amazing. The gumbo was the best that I’ve had in awhile. The fried okra was delicious and so were the turnip greens. The pecan pie was delicious. We will be back the next time we come here.

My post is strictly about the Philly Chicken Cheese sandwich and fries. Seasoned fries, moist sandwich with grilled onions and bell peppers, soft bun, and perfectly seasoned chicken. And the size is big enough for 2 if you don’t eat alot and decent size if you love big meals. I don’t care for the taste of their seafood but the portions are decent also.

The experience was horrible. I ordered online and arrived. And my order was not ready and I had to pay a service fee and tips and had to wait half an hour for my order. The lady working the counter was rude. Did not tell me that I had to wait for my order to be made. And the establishment is in horrible condition. Cleanliness was appalling. The fried pickles I ordered were hard as rock and I could not eat them. I spent $50 on this order.
