Just bought a bowl, tipped even though this woman stood over the food bar doing her hair with no gloves and then proceeded to simply put gloves on to sevre the food.
Not only that, i saw that kids eat free on Sundays
I asked and they said “it has to be the same transaction”
The manager came out rubbing his fands all over his beard and the server once again had herhands rubbing her eyes sitting there on her phone.

This location, and every Moe’s restaurant that I’ve visited, provides a consistent, pleasant experience, and a great burrito. It’s a lot of food. You get to “build it your way”.

Is receipt paper food grade? Past two carry out orders have had the receipt paper wrapped into the stack. Love melted cheese but not ink.
Workers were friendly / would be four or five stars if they’d stop putting receipts directly into the food.

Wife and I went in for a late lunch today, place was empty accept for one customer at a table eating . We stood there for at least 5 min waiting for one of the 3 employee to even acknowledge us like they were waiting hoping someone else would help us. When they did come one they took the wife’s order but not mine so I it’s kept standing there until they completed with her and came back like I was a separate customer. Once we paid and got our drinks we realized they were of Dr Pepper so I asked and they said it just says they have it but they really don’t carry it anymore. Well we don’t drink coke products so we opted to take it to go so we could go next door and get a drink elsewhere to go with our food. So we leave get to the place down the street and get a drink and open out food. Upon opening out food my wife’s burrito was cold and dry. My 3 tacos were so dry I could barely choke one down. The shells were hard like they had been left open and the limes they provided were so dry i couldn’t squeeze a drop out of the two wedges. I took 3 bites of my tacos and tossed them in the trash and my wife wasn’t far behind me onky keeping the left overs to give our dogs . All those things aside the place was filthy , foldout in the corners of the store from poor mopping skills and most of the tables had food on them from past customers with nobody concerned about it. Needless to say we will never go back to that trash hole and will tell anyone we know to not waste their money . 100 % waste of money time and food. Do better!

Their advertisement sign says $9.95 For a junior bowl meal. But when you order, they don’t tell There’s extra charge for meat. On all five signs walking in and ordering all say $9. 95 for everything. My total was different because I was Charged $12.95 And then when I tried to speak to him about it. I was advised that it was my fault cause I didn’t read the small print on the The ordering board. But when I ordered, she asked me what I wanted and never said that it was an up charge So be careful of the false advertisement from this restaurant

It’s crazy how much the people working there didn’t want to be working there…0 customer service! We walked out half way through making our burrito because they didn’t have anything we wanted in our burrito or they were just being lazy and didn’t wanna make it. It’s 1pm. How are you out of ingredients? Maybe I wouldn’t have left if they looked a tiny bit apologetic about not being able to give us what we asked for. Can you just put a Chipotle there instead?

I came in last night restaurant was spotless. Two young ladies on the line whose names if I could remember correctly Sana and Kera were fantastic, very helpful and very patient. This is my first time here and they made my experience worth coming back. Great job ladies!

This is the third time I’ve gotten an online order and received the stack with no cheese in the inside. Beats the whole purpose of getting a stack. If I didn’t want cheese I would have just gotten a burrito.
When there’s no cheese it’s like biting into cardboard.
