The older lady that works the window is very nice. The manager in the back needs to stop rushing her and speaking to her like she’s an indentured servant. There will be two cars in the drive through and the manager is rushing the kind lady, “I’m ready I’m ready I’m ready!” Calm down, it’s not that serious, let the lady work in peace.

Girl who took my order was rude and annoyed I was ordering food at 7:30 tonight. Second time I was there around 7-8ish and police had to come for teenage hoodlums doubt they were from D-Town. They were assaulting customers and stealing from them per police. Not sure why McDonald’s allows this trash? Families eat here do better.

I placed an order on a mobile app and came to pick up my order through the drive-through. The black man with the accent stated he does not see my order. I told him OK I’m gonna come inside. I went to the counter a Hispanic woman short with long hair, checked my receipt on my email and through my app and stated that she sees it on my end that I completed the order correctly, but they don’t see it in their system. I contacted McDonald’s corporate and they stated that they see the order in the system. For some reason this store does not. Some customers behind me did state that they stopped ordering on the app at this location due to they give the wrong order out to the wrong people. I need this situation addressed immediately because I can come in there and raise all types of hell if I do not get my money back

look man. i get the same thing every time i come here. i want a double cheeseburger with extra mustard and extra onion. this is not a difficult order. give me one extra shot of mustard (because i know how you apply your condiments, I’ve worked there) and give me an extra pinch of onions. the past, i dunno, 7 or 8 times I’ve gone, i get my double cheeseburger and open it to find absolutely 0 onions and absolutely 0 mustard. it doesn’t matter if i order them at the window, in the store, or on the app. i cannot remember the last time i got a correct sandwich from this mcdonald’s.
