Servers were more interested in playing with each other than attending to customers. Baked potato was okay but needed more cheese and the sour cream they provided was almost frozen. Distinct lack of plastic knives and forks and no salt. Place could be run better.

I went to order a baconator fries and a strawberry lemonade through the drive thru. I was waiting at the window for a long time and when I got home and opened my fries the cheese and bacon were cold. It was too far away to go back so I had to eat them cold. Lemonade is good though. Do recommend the strawberry lemonade. Make sure the next time you order from here you check your food before you leave to make sure it is not cold.

There’s a 100% chance at least half of your order has been sitting out cold for 10+ minutes.
Expect to wait 5 minutes at least per item you order. 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 1 drink shouldn’t take half an hour in the drive thru.
And all that for the order to not even be right and cold. Yeah I’ll take that annoying drive into Syracuse for better food.

First I Ordered an egg, sausage and cheese on an English muffin. Got my order but no egg. Went inside and told them and was told no problem. I heard something go in the fryer never thought it was my egg. Worst breakfast sandwich ever!

First, I waited at the speaker for over 5 mins while waiting for someone to take my order. Once I ordered and came to the window, the person was so distracted by another employee who was laughing because they forgot the drinks to an order that was pulled into a parking spot to wait for drinks. Then, they gave me a small drink, when I specifically asked for a large. When questioned, they said they rang me up for a small. (I specifically said I wanted a large pineapple mango lemonade and they asked if I wanted the meal large as well, I said yes). Add to that, as im already getting on the highway, i started eating the fries – they were cold, hard and gummy. No thanks – I don’t know what is wrong with having good customer service, but this is not the place to go for it.

Thankfully the food was what would be expected of Wendy’s. It was hot and fresh. My issue was with the rude girl working the drive thru. She was unpleasant to speak to, short with me, and just generally disinterested in her job. This was evidenced more by when I was waiting behind the car at the window and I could see her on her phone when she clearly could have been waiting on the client. When I got to the window she was on her phone AGAIN! She finally turned around and poured my drink after she finished whatever the hell she was doing on her phone. Just plain lazy and no work ethic. She needs an attitude adjustment.

I drive a longer distance to go to this Wendy’s once a month or so. They always do a great job on the food and get the order right without having to go back in or I get home and find something missing. Food is hot, fries are salty and crunchy, and just in general a good experience. This is over the last 8 months or so. Who ever is managing that location is doing a great job, it shows.
