We stumbled across this place for breakfast and was so happy we did! Huge variety of food and everything was fresh and real. Down to the hash-browns; they were shredded potatoes, not frozen! There’s a little bit of history that has to deal with the train station. That is why it is decorated with trains. There’s even one that goes above the whole restaurant on the wall. I also enjoyed the little cabinet with local items. Definitely a great, rustic, hometown restaurant!

I’ve had lunch and breakfast at this location so far and really enjoyed each meal. The fish was excellent. The breakfast was exactly what I was looking for, as well as the prices. The staff is always very friendly. I hope this little gem stays in Watertown for many years to come. Thanks!

This was a very cute place however, I feel the food was prepped too far in advance. My burger was just ok and the fries were barely warm. My wife got the BBQ special and it seemed like it came out of some store bought package, the mac and cheese was like a soup, and the collard greens tasted like they were unseasoned straight out of the can. Also her roll did not seem like it had been touched by an oven and it was cold.

I have gone here on many occasions. I coach and work in Watertown and sometimes get done late. I will swing by here and get me a late night dinner before going home. I have tried many items on the menu and it all has been good. The only thing that I would have negative to say about here is the fried mushrooms. They are very greasy but all the other food has been great. My kids love their pizza. Depot also does a lot of the schools and helps us out when we need pizza for whatever. Place is great, staff is very friendly and food is good.

Whenever I have to travel near or through Watertown, TN, I have to stop here for a nice home style meal. It’s terrific diner food, no muss, no fuss, just simple and tasty. Today’s breakfast did not disappoint!
The waitstaff are always friendly and attentive as well. The atmosphere is diner meets railroad depot. It’s a working diner I don’t want “atmosphere”, but I do enjoy the railroad decor.

A good quick lunch in a small town. It was very crowded on the Polar express excursion day. I ordered Steak chop knowing it wasn’t going to be a fillet from an upscale steakhouse but what a surprise I got from this beef! It wasn’t chewy, I had it in medium. Side dishes were ok, not that homemade taste to them. My boy loves his hotdog. Good price and quick service on a busy day.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. The food was hot and fresh, quick to be served, and our waitress was the sweetest. Chicken Parm with mashed potatoes, 16oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato, and an amazing hot fudge cake.
