I came here for a special occasion, and we were absolutely blown away with the outstanding service. We are provided at this restaurant! The ambience is very cool and the food is absolutely delicious. We both got the filet mignon scallops and lobster! There was so much food!! it comes with soup, salad salad, and three pieces of shrimp and for four dollars more you get fried rice with a scoop of ice cream!! I would highly suggest coming here since everything is incredible from start to end! This place is absolutely worth it if you want to eat good food and have outstanding service! The entertainment is absolutely hilarious as well!! The chefs are extremely fun and they entertain you while you eat!

Awesome spot…We all came here for a work Christmas party…8 people sit around a hot flat grill and the chef cooks up everyone’s food…one of the fun parts…the chef will flip the egg from the fried rice with his spachala at you and you have to try to catch it in your mouth…I chose the shrimp dinner with soup…salad… fried rice…veggies and green tea ice cream…everything was delicious !!!

We had the pleasure of being served by a senior chef at Kyoto Palace, and he was absolutely outstanding. For the 45 minutes he cooked for us, he made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. His professionalism, skill, and warm presence created such a memorable dining experience.
His work ethic is remarkable — every detail, from the precision of the cooking to the way he engaged with us, showed true dedication and passion for his craft. Honestly, he deserves far more than what any tip can cover. We really appreciate uncle Chef!
One thing I hope the restaurant can clarify: do the chefs actually receive part of the tips that we leave on the bill? Habachi chef are directly working with us and he who make the experience truly amazing. I’d love to know that the chefs — who are such an essential part of the dining experience — are recognized in the tip system too.
Dear uncle Chef, Thank you for making our evening so special. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for him again. Thank you uncle Chef for making our day !

Celebrating an Anniversary , Birthday or just want an upbeat environment! Waiters/Waitress’s great service! Last here wasn’t as satisfied, so it has much improved! Parking wasn’t a problem , I felt safe & it had plenty of lighting in all the right places! Great for disabled , they have an elevator that takes you right to the restraunt & back down. Enjoyed myself as well as my family! Prices were a fair price! Above & beyond for my 3yesr old Grandsons Birthday! Sang Happy Birthday to him seemed like the entire place sang along with a piece of cheesecake & candle ️! It was awesome!

Had dinner with friends on the eve of Independence Day at Kyoto Palace and the experience was a blast. The service, entertainment provided by the chef and the taste of the food were top notch. Also, we complemented our meal with a hot sake that also goes down well with the food.

Set on the second floor in the Pruneyard, we stumbled upon this place. It looks small and quaint externally but I was surprised to see it was quite a large place inside and was pretty busy given it was a Tuesday evening.
Had a great time for a family birthday dinner in the bar area. It was our first time here and the bar man was excellent and went beyond expectations. He really made our trip out worthwhile.
We had sushi, the specialty rolls were pretty good.
Draft beer was quite reasonable at $7 and they had a few good selections on tap including Mango cart.
Family friendly place, will definitely be back.

This review is for the bar only. We did not eat full dinner in the dining room. But we love getting some appetizers or sushi and sitting at the bar for drinks! The cocktail menu is so inventive and delicious. The food is only ok but the drinks and fun bartenders make up for that. We will be back. Thank you for a great evening!

Considering there arent many Teppanyaki places to eat at in San Jose. This would be the best recommended. I definitely prefer it over Benihanas. The aromas you smell before getting to the door are fantastic. As you dine in the Chefs cooking at your table make it a entertaining and fun experience. The Food is just as great as the smell. I highly recommend The Chicken, Steak, or Lobster, paired with some shrimp, fried rice and vegetables.
Next time I go ill be sure to get a picture of my plate before its all gone..

My parents loved to eat here and to bring us kids here when we come in from out of town. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The service is exceptional and the food is always fresh and delicious. This evening we came in for an early dinner. Instead of going with both my parents it was just my mom and I as my father passed away recently. The Owner of this fine establishment, Dale came personally to our table to give my mother his condolences. He remembered my mother’s name and addressed her by it and said he read of my father Myron’s passing in the paper. (Remembering my father’s name). My mother and I were touched. I can’t give enough stars for the personal care that they give.
It’s been several years since I first shared my thoughts, and I’m happy to say this place continues to impress. We keep coming back and are never disappointed. While I’m not a seafood lover, my husband is, and he said his lobster with scallions was delicious. I also appreciate that they offer a great selection of mocktails—perfect for those of us who don’t drink alcohol. A consistently enjoyable experience!

My family took me here for celebrating my birthday. This is a really great place for family or friends gathering in special occasions. It was noisy but super fun. The chefs here are giving you a cooking show and they are engaging, friendly, and definitely talented. My first experience with teppanyaki style left me unforgettable moments with my family. As it was my birthday, the server gave me a free cheese cake, yum! The green tea ice cream was good too. It tastes like matcha ice cream. The soup was simple but incredibly tasty. However, the sauces were a bit salty in my opinion. By the way, parking in this plaza is competitive. We were lucky to get one right away but I saw other cars going around and around to find a spot.
