The staff is great! I always have a fun time at Wendy’s. My MIL and I meet here to catch up over lunch, and we always have a good time. I do miss the old layout for nostalgia reasons, and I liked the sort of privacy the barrier gave, but this new one is still nice and I’m sure I’ll get over it with time lol. Their burgers used to be my go-tos, but in the pandemic they had to change their lettuce supplier and it’s never been the same. I’m super picky about lettuce though, and I know most people are thinking about everything BUT the lettuce, haha. I just think it really “makes” a burger if all the textures are just right, and the veggies are fresh, and the new lettuce is always wilty and slimy? I still get them, but am known to use my own lettuce or skip it entirely… Regardless, their deals are fantastic, they have good options, and rank high in my favorites. Thank you fast food workers for all your effort! The lettuce isn’t your fault haha <3

I had an issue with our order the day before & the manager, Amanda was so obliging. She & her staff were professional & made things right. I was impressed & grateful. Mistakes happen. Amanda & her team have a positive customer service culture built. Highly recommend the McMinnville location!

If they mess your order up and don’t include what you paid extra for (ie : bacon) or the things that are included in the salad they will tell you they will replace only the bacon and salad toppers since that’s what they left off. So you can drive 30 minutes round trip to pick up the stuff to take home to your now wilted salad and spend more on gas getting there. Overall horrible customer service. They have left out stuff multiple times and I never even bother to call and have it fixed but I did today because with added bacon those salads are nearly $10 and was met with this awful customer service. I’ll buy my salads from Zaxby’s from now on.

Person on the speaker was super short and standoffish. Figure just a bad day whatever no biggie. But then the food.. Burger literally looks like someone took a bite out of it and realized it wasn’t theirs and gave it back and then it was put in my bag. Bacon is raw and patty is broke in half. Nuggets and fries taste like old nasty oil and fries are all broken up. It literally looks like leftover food was put in my bag. I’ve never had an issue here before? Would call the store but according to these reviews they don’t care. This was for my lunch break so I don’t have time go back. I Have to eat the nuggets because I’m hungry and my sugar is dropping. Hoping I don’t get sick.

Had to wait at the counter until I finally asked if anyone was working. After that a young girl looked over a counter in the back and never acknowledged me. Finally a young man came and took my order. When I got home they didn’t put cheese on the baked potato, but charged me for it. The young man looked like he needed to fing a washing machine for his clothes.

Single worst experience at a Wendy’s I’ve had. My meal didn’t come with the fries included on the receipt. I brought this to their attention after another group walked away with fries and was told they were withholding the fries. Then the cashier immediately sidesteps without another word and begins taking the next order.

Had to come back and write a review on this location. I have not had Wendy’s in over a decade and well, this location did not disappoint! The burger was perfectly cooked, fries were the perfect crisp, frosty was a great compliment…BUT the Coke? On par or better than McDonald’s carbonation. This location should be copied elsewhere
