The staff here was incredibly friendly and kind. The food was fresh, made correctly, and everyone loved their meals. My daughter even said it was the best mac and cheese she’s had from Chick-fil-A. It was a great experience overall.

When I first walked into the food court, I was shocked with the pleasant smells of chicken, I look, chick-fil-a! Wow, the workers presented themselves so well but one worker stuck out to me the most, My order taker, rachel, gave the me the most pleasant experience ever and told me all the options that I had and provided me with 10/10 service and helped me when I was having trouble with my card, I am upset the ratings do not go beyond 5 stars because if they did, this chick-fil-a would get a 100.

The people here are over the top. My soup spilled in my bag, not only did they replace my soup but the crackers and honey too that were also in the bag. They insisted on giving me all new items. They were all super nice. I wish more restaurants took customer service as serious as Chick-fil-A does. They all just do it right. Thank you to everyone at this location.

As a Signature Member, I was a regular at this location for 5 years and could almost tell you every single person’s name at this location. Sadly I will never return to this location ever. They completely changed staff after new ownership (corporate now). No exaggeration, the last 6 times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not to mention 25min waits for a salad and fries. Until the new ownership, I have never waited more than 8min for food even with a line stretching out halfway through the food court! Words cannot truly describe my disappointment. Whoever hired and trained this staff needs to go work at McDonald’s because that’s what this place feels like now.

I had a friend who went to go pick up my order here for me. The workers started playing rock paper scissors as to who would hand the bag to her because she was someone who dresses very goth like. I’m extremely upset at the disrespect to such a kind person and embarrassed she was treated like that by the workers.

Not the first time that this happen so upsetting my favorite part of the breakfast was ruined and extremely greasy they don’t even look fresh. Sad part can’t even go back since I only had a 15min break to get my breakfast. So disappointed!

Every single thing about my order was wrong.
Before I get to that, I’d like to point out that I waited 30 minutes on a typically not busy hour in line for my food, and when I got to the window, waited another 10 minutes. They were also out of Mac and Cheese and Chick Fil A sauce.
I ordered a #1 deluxe on a multigrain bun with a Powerade and fries and a 3 piece strip and another #1 deluxe order with a lemonade. The Powerade was so watered down I had to throw it away. The lemonade was abnormally sweet and was full of pulp. The “deluxe sandwich” I always get was instead just a grilled chicken filet with a bun in a package. The strips were as small as the nuggets, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just battered some nuggets in the strip batter and called it a day. The fries were fresh, but tasted like soap or freezer burn. The other #1 deluxe was fine, except the buns were not toasted and had no butter.
I wouldn’t be so disappointed and dissatisfied if I didn’t already hold Chick-fil-A to a high standard; I used to work at Chick Fil A in the kitchen and I know how things should be. This particular establishment falls far below par. 0/10 experience, will not be coming back.

Since the staff change this place has gone down hill. They are rude and they definitely arent getting orders out in a timely fashion. I waited 10 mins for a MOBILE order of a drink and yougurt. I dont know what happened in the last few months but this new staff is terrible. If it wasnt the most convenient thing to get in the mall i would choose to never come to this location
