This place definitely has the worst staff. Asked to use the restroom prior to ordering. Oh no. Was told I had to wait while food was being prepared and pay before I can use the bathroom. I’m also handicap, so standing in line while needing the to use the bathroom ugh disgusting staff

Picked up an online order at the drive thru and everything was neatly packaged and everything was delicious. Everything had great portioning and tasted great. The drive thru is game changer of convenience when you’re on the go with family.

Honestly I am very surprised with the bad reviews on customer service. I went in for the first time today and the workers were nice and greeted me with no attitude like the one in sea cliff village in Huntington Beach. Also pretty clean inside . The food could have been fresher as it definitely tasted as it was not fresh and gave me the runs

We were very excited to have chipotle close to home. Unfortunately, we will probably visit the location in Cypress . I have never experienced such awful customer services. Took 15 min for them to help us. The two young girls in the front were literally at the register , seen us walking in and even stared at us while grabbing a salsa in front us . They didn’t even acknowledge at all.

I decided to eat here because I missed my bus and had almost an hour to kill. There were a couple of customers in the dining room but I was the only person in line. I ordered the chicken burrito. The employee, who was not wearing a nametag, asked me at the register, “Did you get steak or chicken?” I reminded her I ordered the chicken. She rang me up. With chips, my total came up to $15+. I paid with my debit card and checked my receipt because that seemed high. Sure enough, she charged me for steak, not chicken. I pointed this out, and instead of refunding me the difference, she charged me twice! So I paid almost TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS for one burrito with chips. And the chips were stale. Like they are always stale. I complained about this and got no apology. “I told you you would get your refund in 3-5 days.” I thought it would be the two bucks, but no, the 15 dollars she charged me the first time. “Remember when you were ringing me up, and you couldn’t remember if I got steak or chicken? I told you it was chicken, and you still charged me for steak,” I said. She replied, “I’m multitasking.” Again, no apology. So now I have $9 left until they process my refund. I wish you ill, Chipotle. DO NOT EAT AT CHIPOTLE. Or at least not at this one. BTW she told me her name was Stephanie when I asked.
