I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce. It was $16 for a 7 inch to be delivered. OK cool it’s very good. However, I didn’t know there would be so much extra sauce that it was inedible. When I pick it up, it just falls apart and sauce falls everywhere. The edges were also too crispy for my liking

Delivery was quoted for 7:29pm, yet showed up a few minutes after 8pm with no
communication from the store. Clearly made my own attempts to contact the store. Although they answered every time, I was immediately put on hold, without a chance to even speak. Every time, aside from the 4 minutes on hold, I got hung up on instead of actually being put on hold. Never got to speak to anyone, just got mediocre pizza 30 minutes late.

This place would be great if all you wanted was an onion and bread sandwich. Don’t get their ham & provolone for sure! You’ll get a few shreds of ham with the onions and I guess adding extra cheese meant they put a little spot of cheese here and there. Definitely will not return for a sandwich again. This place has gone downhill quickly.

I am old-school. I like it when I can call up a spot directly, place my order, then dip by to pick it up. So, I was surprised when I found out the number I called was a call center.
But, the whole process was smoother than I thought. I made the call and stopped by on my way home from work. I was greeted when I entered, even though people were back in the kitchen, and also had to add something to my order at the last minute. They adjusted my order with no problem. I received my pizza hot, and well cooked.
I don’t live on the Southside, but I’d make a special trip for these guys! Well done.

Disappointed. Cooked Pizza, made sandwich. Then made me wait because they hadn’t started wings??? Pizza was luke warm, barley. Big Don bun was wet and soggy…wings so spicy couldn’t eat them. I live 2 minutes from this location. Never had this issue.

🙁 paid extra for extra pepperoni, and got a pizza with what looks like 20 pepperoni for the whole pizza- not at all how they used to make it, or what is advertised on the website.
Delivery driver was on time and polite. Food tasted excellent, was just not the quality I was expecting. Atmosphere left at 3 stars as this was a delivery order.

The pizza was burnt I got the hot chicken thinking I’m getting the ranch and pickles on it I mean I did get charged extra. Nope didn’t get that there was no sauce on it or the other pizza we got. Won’t be trying this place out again.

Ordered through the website. Waited 2hrs. Told me it never went through. The kid on the phone hungup on me twice and the manager didnt have a clue. Most incompetent employees and staff. If you want your time wasted, this is your place to go.
