Pic is the one you can tell isn’t made well.
I have been going to this location for years. The quality has become inconsistent and not of papa John’s standards. I’ve reached out to the location a couple times so this isn’t without private communication asking for it to get better. I do not eat dairy so that’s why the no cheese. Missing from the pic that I did order is pineapple. The crust didn’t even rise this time. I travel for work and this by far is one of the lowest quality locations. Please do something to make your quality of food better.

The workers have always been pleasant to deal with but there is a huge miscommunication between the corporate call center and the local stores. When you place your order over the phone the call center assumes there’s no others at this location so they say “your order will be ready in 15 minutes” the first time I believed them so I left to get there and when I arrive the cashier says “it’ll be 25 minutes” this either is a consistent or I have terrible luck because it’s 3/3 for me but this last time I was told “15 minutes” by the call center, I got there 25 minutes after the call to be told “35-45 minutes” this needs some corporate attention to close the gap. The workers are always working to pump out pizzas so I don’t fault the location but there is a logistics issue that needs addressed.

My husband and I both got traditional wings and he got a meat special pizza and I got a meat lovers crustless bowl it was fabulous! We will definitely return! And everything was fresh n hot!

Order the works and a pepperoni pizza / got a pepperoni and susage pizza and a cheese pizza . Spend a few extra bucks and get donatos pizza they always get your order correct . You would think between 2 pizzas they could get one right nope.

Dropped my pizza on the ground after getting it, we’re so nice and asked if I was ok and made me another one because I dropped it outside the store, excellent friendly customer service will 100% come back again and the food is as delicious as always

I wish I could leave zero stars. The staff is unprofessional, rude and spend more time outside smoking than preparing food. Today the guy making the pizzas was doing so without gloves, handling money and other things the other employees were handing him without washing his hands. I won’t order from here ever again.

Nice little chain Papa John’s Pizza shop everybody’s courteous they seem busy but everything is nice.
So this is your standard chain although the building is a little funky it’s almost like it used to be a repair garage for cars that they converted into a pizza shop.
That being said the food was great service was very good it was pretty quick.
Sure if you’re in downtown Marion Ohio around Mick Williams Street I would highly recommend you give these guys a try at least once odds are they’ll earn your repeat business.
PS their windows are covered with ads meeting drivers are going up to 20 bucks an hour

First, they outsource their ordering. I don’t mind someone of Indian heritage taking my order whatsoever, except when I cannot understand them. It then becomes a tedious slog through hope that my order was correct. It WAS correct by the way so no shade on the ordering system, but why not just answer your own phone? The worst thing about this was the fact there were NO TOPPINGS on the pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and onion with traditional crust. Nothing fancy at all. When I opened the lid I knew immediately I had been cheated, so I did some counting. 8 pieces of pepperoni, 5 pieces of dime sized sausage, and MAYBE 5 small slivers of onion which I could not even taste. Again, this was for a LARGE pizza. Totally unacceptable for the price and I even used a coupon and it still was nowhere near worth the $22 I paid (which included a $4 tip for the driver). I will never again let Papa John’s cheat me, and please reconsider giving them your hard earned money either.
