Pizza was overcooked, we could barely get a piece without the entire thing ripping apart. We also got an order of plain breadsticks and that’s exactly what they were. They had nothing on them (I.e parm or seasoning) they were also overcooked and crunched with every bite. Also when we went to pick up our order the person at the counter said we didn’t pay online even though we did. Then they had trouble doing a refund after we had to paid again. Super disappointed as we were looking forward to this location opening back up.

We had to wait for over a hour for our pizza. And we wasn’t the only ones we talked to several ppl coming in and out that had been told the same thing it will be 10 more mins. Last time we went in they hadnt even put out pizzas in over. At least 5 ppl went through the samething. They was not that busy either. Doordash came and went and deliveries as we waited in our car. We spent over 70 dollars on pizza also. Do better. Service is horrible. I hope the pizza is good.

Í called the Pennington Gap, VA pizza hut and was not satisfied at all with my order. I ordered my food around 1:15 which was a family dinner box, 24 wings and a 2 liter drink which we didn’t get with the order when they dropped it off. I ordered a pan pepperoni light sauce which was covered in sauce. I got a pan bacon light sauce which was not light sauce. The chicken Alfredo had like 4 pieces of chicken in it and the 24 boneless wings tasted like they been sitting in the warmer too long. I was very disappointed in my food

It was horrible! We usually love Pizza Hut but today confirmed we will not be back! I order online my husband waited 45 mins for someone to ask him what he needed. He was then handed the pizzas when he gets home we are missing a large pepperoni I call back they told me they would replace it I was told it would be 20 mins so 35 mins later I show up only to find out that my pizza had not even been put in the oven I was told it would be 7 mins 20 mins later I received my food the pizza tasted horrible. There was one woman busting her butt while one was chatting it up with a friend in the dining room a driver was helping prepare the food he was also super nice a manager was no where to be seen so disappointed

Went to get lunch on a Saturday, the restaurant was empty except for an older couple that came in as we were leaving. We never once got drinks, the wait staff never checked on us, nothing. Wouldn’t even acknowledge us even as we left. Most of the tables were disgusting as well! We felt like it was due to that we were both (my husband and I) wearing Christian and Pro American (Grunt style) clothing. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We watched as the staff was standing around in the kitchen on their phones. Even after they still wanted us to pay for the drinks we never got! Would not go back! The food was good that’s the only highlight in the whole experience!

I know they are busy but seriously we ordered. The garlic bread was brought out when we was almost done. I had already finished my chicken alfredo that’s why I wanted the bread. Never checked on us until we were almost completely finished. Not very nice at the check out much interested in each other than you.

We placed an order over the phone late this evening. We wanted 2 large pizzas one having bacon and pepperoni and the other with chicken, onions, green peppers, mushroom and tomato with buffalo as the sauce. We got a chicken pizza with chicken banana peppers and onions instead and one of the workers said to make another one the way we wanted it, we would be charged. Everyone besides one lady who rang up my husband and the delivery driver looked to be under the influence of something. If you can’t do your job or like it, stay home or get another one.

Ordered pizza online at 11:35 am for 1:00 pm pickup time. Went there and they said it wouldn’t be ready for 10 minutes. I am on a thirty minutes lunch break. So I called back at 1:19 pm and they still said another 10 minutes. My lunch break was over before I got my pizza.

Worst restaurant ever doesn’t deserve 1 star. If order pizza don’t go to get it for 2 hours then YOU MIGHT be lucky and it be done by then but most likely just some excuses and no food fooled me once was asked to give another try and same trash service -1 star.
