If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered curbside pickup, and sat outside for 10 minutes past the pickup time. I went inside and said I had a curbside order, and it was just sitting on the shelf. Mind you, they weren’t busy. There were a couple tables there. The food was cold. The soup was half full. Just an overall horrible experience.

The food was good. The service was very slow. If you’re on a schedule. This is not your place. The food was good. I thought the bill was a bit high. It’s a good place to eat. Just don’t expect to be overwhelmed.

Went there for dinner took over five minutes to get seated when the hostess was standing right there ignoring us. Server showed up took her drink order took 15to 20 minutes to get our drinks. He took our order. We finished the drinks before the order came, but he didn’t bother to check in to see if we wanted another one. We had to flag him down to tell him we needed another drink. First drink was not what I ordered and the second drink that we waited at least 15 minutes for they had to change the keg so that took another 15 minutes.
Still no food. Watch the bartender pour the beer and set it on the bar and finally went and got it off the bar without anybody noticing and no attention from the server finish those drinks still no food flagged down the server while we’re waiting on your burger after about an hour and a half of sitting there waiting, we decided we’d had enough. We’d settle the bar tab and walk out. They ended up comping our food and giving it to us to go. Needless to say, we will not go to Applebee’s in breese again!

Ordered the chicken wings and couldn’t finish them…too many! He had hot honey glaze and mine were plain. Delicious! But my favorite is the chicken tacos, great flavor times three. Unfortunately, the server we had this time was pretty bad. Took our order then we watched all around us receive their orders. Finally, she brings the wings, with a “look what I found.” She leaves and returns only when we are given the bill. No lime for the beer, no napkins and asks him if he wants another beer (not me), as we prepare to leave. Thanks to the other server for getting us napkins! I think someone from the kitchen was serving us. Mindful that a server can make or break an experience. Also affects tips.

Our waitress was incredible. Anna took care of our reservation for 12 on our prom night. She had a great memory, complimented our dresses, joked with us, was very charismatic, and was incredibly attentive to all. When we asked for a picture, she actually opened the garage window to step outside and get a better picture. Someone in our group was celebrating their birthday and Anna brought out a brownie ice cream dish and sang for her. Overall amazing service and I could not be happier.

Ordered five meals to go and we were missing the drinks but we had them get that before we left. We we arrived home we realized that we were missing two sides and our medium rare steak was well done… other food was fine but made the whole experience unsatisfying.

Wednesday 3/19 we came in for dinner on a whim. I ordered my salad a little different, and my fiancé had a little mixup with his dinner, but the manager Lindsey and our waiter Owen handled everything in a very professional and helpful manner. Even though this could have been a negative experience, the staff went out of their way to take care of us. Great job!!

Was very slow we got seated very fast but then waited awhile to get served the server that seated us didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink so we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks and food and there was no one in there so I don’t understand what took them so long and then we didn’t get refills fast and it took them forever for our food and plus they messed up our food and then also only had 2 people working on the floor if your going to go to this restaurant please remember it isn’t anything fancy nor is it fast with the service and the food is ok but mostly cold and eh.

Our server Anna was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, we never had to wait for drinks. The manager Lindsay was very friendly and and professional. One of the best experiences if ever had !
