Too hot in the space we were waiting. The service was terrific, but the air conditioner was not working felt terrible for the workers. Please fix the air conditioner for the benefit of the workers and customers!

I get the ExtraMostBestest Thin Crust Pepperoni because that’s the kind of pizza I like: think crust. And theirs is the best value for that kind of pizza that I can find. It’s not fine dining, but for a $7 pizza, it’s exactly what I want. And the service I’ve received has been great. They said my pizza would be ready at 12:45, and at 12:44, the guy handed it to me, hot from the oven. Hard to beat that.

Although the pizza is always made well, I’m only giving them 2 stars because I’ve been here 4 times in the last 3 months, usually during dinner time (5-7) and they never have any hot stuffed crust ready to go! Why advertise something you’re not going to provide? It’s always a 15-20 minute wait. Your advertisement literally says hot and ready between 4-8pm! 2 of the times they didn’t even have any of the regular hot and fresh ready to go. There was also only one person at the counter, taking orders and passing out orders, even though there was 6-7 people in the back and 7-8 people waiting, they finally had someone come help when I politely said something . Very poor management and planning, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I got there 10mins before closing time with the expectation that they were not going to take my order because most of the working stations were all ready clean. But to my surprise Cesar and his closing staff were so polite on taking my order and working on it in a timely manner after they had already clean their work stations. This is definitely 110% customer service. Cesar and closing staff, thank you so much for such a great customer service.

I phoned in my order at 5 p.m. and I was told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived at the facility at 5:25 walked in to pay for the night two pizzas and my two orders of hot wings. I was told that they were waiting on the two pizzas so I waited 5 minutes went by 10 minutes went by another 5 minutes went by. When I asked about my order they can find it had no idea what had happened they quickly remade my order and the manager handed me my food two pizzas and one order of hot wings. I told her I was missing another order of hot wings and she went to go get it I then told her that they needed to get their act together because I ended up getting my pizzas and my two orders of hot wings at 6:15 p.m. an hour and 15 minutes after I phoned it in. I kept my cool didn’t make a scene, I understand things happen, the manager had no managerial skills.
