I’ve gone through the drive thru several times before, and never had an issue. BUT… on my last visit, I ordered a whopper combo with cheese, pickle only. Wanted sweet tea as my drink, but none was available. I substituted with a milkshake. When I got my order, the milkshake was all milk, no ice cream. And my whopper had everything on it. So I went back through again. This time, the milkshake was all ice cream and no milk, and the new whopper still had mayonnaise on it. But I had no time to go through the drive thru again, because I had to get back to work. That singular ordeal was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had.

Love this burger king go all the time the staff is very friendly.. my only problem is they always forget my condiment request.. I live close so not an issue but when I order french toast sticks or mozzarella sticks I feel like syrup or marinara should automatically go in the bag

I like to stop here on my way from Dayton when I’m returning home to Holmes County. It’s about half way and I like the people who are usually working there. They’ve gone out of their way to be nice.

Not a very busy location. Still, some of the staff behave like it’s an imposition when you show up to place an order. The morning crew seems like the friendliest bunch. Food is usually fresh at lunch time, and the drive thru is fast. Always plenty of room to park, and there’s a large adjacent parking lot in front of the Kroger.

So I hvnt had Burger King in some time, and so I have to say….AMEN! This location quenched my hunger. Thank you to the staff for kindness, and THANK YOU for a clean location (even the RR).
