AWFUL! Husband placed an online order and it said it would be ready 30-40 minutes after. We get there and the pizza still wasn’t ready after an hour of waiting! They used to be so good but now it’s nothing but dog crap! I would’ve been better off buying a pizza from the store and making it at home. Never ordering here again! Absolutely appalled by the service and workers there now.

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered pizza from the little Ceasers app. Delivery guy not only took a picture of my food but also Stole my food on top of that I call the 800 number that says issues with my delivery and I couldn’t get my money refunded!!!! thanks for nothing you just lost a customer and I will def tell my friends and family not to buy from here again!!!

We ordered online at 4:45 and did not receive our order until 6:30. After being told multiple times “sorry for the wait,” it turned into “we lost your order,”. We will never eat here again. Horrible service and no manager on site- just a bunch of kids who don’t care.

50 MINUTES… that’s how long after the app said my order was ready that I waited. The employees were play fighting in the back instead of preparing my food and getting the 5 car pickup window situated. Then after 50 minutes they asked me to wait just 5 more minutes for my food. This is a lack of management and training I’ve never seen before what a joke. Yes I get it’s just a cheap pizza place but come on now.

Terrible place. Order was placed at 4:43 was supposed to be done at 5:30. App said it was in the oven at 5:21. At 6:15 I was told sorry they forgot even though I asked multiple times if it was done. Will never come here again. Finally got pizzas at 6:24. Wasn’t offered a refund or anything.

Got the special and it was still dough I mean like dough. cheese barely melted. Bacon not crispy. Not cooked. And that was after going through the drive thru 2 times after waiting 20 minutes. The other pizza the same looks like they used a hair dryer to melt the cheese while the crust sat on an old hot plate

If you are out of the pretzel crust a courtesy call would have been nice. Instead we got a regular crust with grainy salt all over the pizza. I had to throw it away as it wasnt edible.
