Lived in O’Fallon for 20 years right by 79 and never visited this gem. I went for my nieces baby shower, yeah my nephew did that. Still all jokes aside the place was a blast. Gave me that small town vibe, cause it is. Great drinks and I was surprised on how good the pizza was. All in all had a great time with great service and, that’s right you guessed it great food.

This place is absolutely amazing! Some of the best fish I’ve ever had! All the staff are super awesome! Prices are to say the least very fair! I go here every chance o get which isn’t near enough but id say at least 5 to 6 visits and every time it’s been a great experience!

Its been some time since my last visit and surprised by their remodel. The bar was enlarged and restaurant area moved next door. I had the double cheeseburger and was very happy with it.

I’ve been to Main Street Bar and Grille twice now, and both times have been excellent! The food is really good—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they’re quick to refill drinks without even having to ask. Great service, great atmosphere, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to! Highly recommend

Love this place! Food is always great. This time, I had the Steam Engine Chicken sandwich. Grilled chicken on Texas toast with peppers, spicy pepper cheese and more spicy stuff, one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had anywhere!
Power went out while we were there, but the kept serving as best the could. We called the next day to pay our tab.

Very delicious food! There’s a bar side and a restaurant side. The bar was wildly busy so we were on the restaurant side. Despite how busy they were, we were well cared for. The staff were kind and patient with us, despite how slammed they were.
