I wanted to leave a good review because the Lady Ms. Cynthia is so warm & kind but I have to be honest. I always ask for extra sauce bc I hate a dry pizza & this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a pizza from this location with NO sauce on it. The first time it happened, the guy working there swore I never asked for extra sauce. They remade the pizza and it was still dry. I order a pizza today and bone dry again even though it says extra sauce on the receipt. What is the problem? No sauce at all?!

I visited the Broadway location on 2/22 about 9:30 pm. The two young men behind the counter were both very courteous and both greeted me with a smile. Great customer service goes a long ways, especially from our younger generation. Not to mention, my pizza was piping hot and prepared as requested. I will definitely visit this location again.

Ms. Cynthia is incredible! I’m so happy she transferred to this location — she brought such a warm, welcoming energy and made my entire visit amazing. I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a decade, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had (which says a lot, because I’ve had many great ones here!).
Ms. Cynthia got me in and out quickly, helped with adjustments to my order, and made everything feel seamless. Her customer service is top-tier, and the rest of the team was just as wonderful. So grateful she’s part of this location now!

Worst takeout experience of my life. It’s been months since I went to this location, but the experience was so bad it’s still a running joke with my family and friends so I felt compelled to finally leave a review.
I ordered online and arrived after the estimated pickup time, only to be told they hadn’t even started the order yet and it would be another 20 minutes. Annoying, but fine I waited in my car since there’s barely any room in the lobby.
After 20 minutes, I sent my wife in to check. Same response, they still hadn’t started, and it would be another 20 minutes. I went back in with her and watched another customer arrive. The guy at the front desk didn’t even look at the computer before saying his order also wasn’t made and would be 20 minutes until another employee came out and said, “Actually, his food is good.”
We finally received our order an hour and a half later, only to find the food was undercooked with raw dough.
There were about 4–5 employees present, but instead of making food, they were all distracted by the rain and came up front to watch it (while customers stood there staring at them like, are you going to make our food?)
Corporate or the franchise owner seriously needs to look into this location and clean house. Don’t worry, we won’t be back. Papa John’s and Domino’s are right across the street.

I’ve frequented this location quite often, however tonight’s experience was exceptional.
The young man working at the cash register was extraordinarily friendly, very patient with my son and attentive while finishing up our order. Despite the small wait, the overall atmosphere was great because he was so kind. Thank you for your kindness sir.

Horrible location: This branch screwed up my order on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered Carryout, drove to the store and picked up. They didn’t check and when I got home my order was completely wrong. I had to drive all the way back to get my order. By the time I got home, the rest of my food was cold, the pizza which had been sitting at the store for an hour+ was rubbery and cold and my family was pissed. Missed the halftime show because of this. Manager refused to do anything to compensate unless got back in the car, drive a third time during SuperBowl and return all the food. At which point I’d have to find something else for dinner. Rude manager, poor service. Don’t use this location, trust me!

Went to pick up an order I placed for my Dad. Upon arrival I noticed no one was at the counter. Waited patiently and after 10 minutes decided to call the store while I was at the counter. I could hear someone in the back huffing and puffing when the phone rang. Still did not pick up the line. It finally took me yelling for someone to come help me for someone to come out from the back. Pizza Hut please hire folks who want to actually work.
