This was definitely not the best service…trainee was left alone making subs and cashing out while 2 other workers chilled out in the back doing grad knows what!! 2 customers in front of me, my daughters and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on while he helped the customer(s) before us, 1 left due to the wait, when we were finally served, he was friendly and polite, when did they get ride of the yellow American cheese….we can no longer eat here without it…my youngest is meat and cheese only…well without the yellow American just meat…anyway, we finally got our food only for the bread to be stale and flaky on the outside but soft in the middle….my oldest could barely eat the bread due to her braces….we have no problem any other subway with this issue….needless to say will not be returning to this Subway!

I wish the vegetables were more fresher, less dry, old, and with less freezer burn inside the food containers with their vegetables the sandwich was not worth $21.00. And better customers service was low with they don’t what I order the first and when I said for a 6 inch sub sandwich and give footlong. But they accidentally changed me with a footlong.

Whoever the new works here are terrible and need to learn how to manage customers. Waited at the check out spot with my food done while 4 other sandwiches were made. Only thing I got was a sorry. Watched as the employee walked back and fourth while the food was in the oven and still couldn’t bother to check me out while on my lunch break. Along with no one there with what seems to be experience is poor management.

Don’t expect them to work. Even gave an extra 5 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. Instead, I watched them hiding in back chatting for 10 minutes until one came out to make their own food. I know, because I watched them ring themselves up afterwards. Left without my food. I tried calling but they must have still been too busy chatting to answer the phone. Emailed corporate to get a refund. Not looking for free food, just my money back since I received no services.

The guy with the tattoo on his right arm. Maybe 5’6 or 5’7 with black hair was rude. I ordered two subs and I was helping my friend order her sub. The guy told me to get back in the line if I was going to order a another one. When there was nobody behind us.Then when my friend wanted a drink. The guy refuse to help her. The fact that he was doing absolutely nothing in the back and listening to music. She said hello more then once and he still didn’t help her. I end up getting the drink for her. I was not happy with the fact that. I had to tell him want kind of drink more then once. To top that there toaster was not working.

Over the lunch hour only one employee running the entire line. She definitely had a bad attitude and my husband had to ask for the required 8 pieces of Turkey on his foot long after she tried to short him. After his request she responded with an eye roll. Horrible customer service!!
