I had one of the worst experiences at the Calera location. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. I was told that it would take 15 minutes before they were ready. After the 15 minutes a worker brought the pizzas from the back. The worker accidentally dropped both pizzas on the floor behind the counter. I asked if the box opened and the pizza touched the floor and she said that it did. I looked at the pizza and the cheese and pepperoni had shifted to one side. I asked for two fresh pizzas and she said it would be another 15 minute wait. When she brought out the pizzas I took them to my car and opened the box. I was given the same nasty pizza that had fallen on the floor. It looked as if they added more pepperoni to the same pizza and ran it through the oven. Some pepperoni were burnt because they had already been through the oven the first time. I could not believe that anybody would serve this. So, I went back inside and the manager said, “I recooked the pizza.” Why would they not make a fresh pizza? Why would they think I would eat something that fell on the floor? RIDICULOUS! This was awful!

The first time I went here, I was served a deep dish pepperoni with no cheese on one side. The second time I went here (because I believe in second chances), I was given the greasiest, most undercooked, unappetizing selection of crazy bread. Fortunately, I had incredibly low expectations to begin with. If you’re down on your luck and would like to feel sorry for yourself, I would highly recommend ordering anything from here, because I can guarantee you that they will make your day worse. Typical Little Caesars on service and atmosphere but I would give 6 stars if possible on food. Got a hot n ready pepperoni and it was the best I’ve ever had at Little Caesars. Crust was nice and crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. The pepperoni had some nice crispy bits on the edges that had curled up in baking. 10/10 would stop here again on my way through this little town again

I ordered extra beef, extra cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. This cannot be extra beef or extra cheese. This is not the 1st time I ordered here and didn’t think I got the extra beef I paid for. I will not order here anymore.

Placed an order for two pepperoni puffs and one Italian cheese bread. Gave it plenty of time to be ready, I got there they told me to park and they would bring it to me. They did next three same way. I saw my order placed in ready bin. Saw an employee a little later sack an order then I saw her bring her bike from behind and leave with order she had sack. I still hadn’t been told mine was ready. Went in and mine was ready and asked if he could sack it. He threw sauce on bottom and placed rest sideways. I repackaged saying I didn’t want it all off. Got home order cold and sticking to box. Really not worth money

Awful service. Took over 40 minutes to get my pizza after arriving at the store. I ordered it on the app and waited 10 minutes before I left my house. How does it take that long to cook 12 crazy puffs. Plus they were out of the main topping that they were offering for the special. Just terrible service all the way around.

Manager will lie to you about refunds, directing you to corporate website to receive a refund (guess what, it doesn’t exist). Same manager will also not reach out when you order an unavailable item, and will replace your item at will with no notice. I paid $12 for a hot n ready pepperoni lool what a joke.

Food was room temperature, Cashier had to wait on another cashier for a “number” rude service. Go to Domino’s or cook something at home just avoid it also cost me 9 Dollars

Don’t even bother stopping in here. How rude are all of these employees? Left an awful impression on me today (6/08/2025). I stood in the lobby awaiting service, all three of the employees just stood and stared. No greeting, no acknowledgement. Not even a hold on, someone will be with you in a moment. One of the employees was just standing there not doing anything, he looked at me and walked right past. There was only one car in the drive thru and they were not busy or slammed. I stood there waiting for about ten minutes before giving up to leave. Yall absolutely suck for that. So, no I wouldn’t recommend here. Can’t even expect to be given service..ridiculous.
