The staff was super friendly. Atmosphere nice family friendly. Pizza was great. But I will say they do NOT know what margarita pizza is. My pizza had no red sauce at all it was loaded with cheese and tomatoes slices and sprinkle of dried basil. I’m accustomed to light red sauce Mozzarella round slices slice slices of tomato and drizzle of olive oil with fresh basil. I was very disappointed when my margarita pizza came out. I asked them is this how they make it they said yes I was sure to tell them that they need to tell the owner that that is not margarita pizza. I know it’s not their fault. They just work here and they’re just following the recipe they are given, but you guys need to update your margarita pizza recipe because it is not correct. The pizza was still good, but I was disappointed because it was not what I expected. We will give this place another try. I’m just going to order something different next time. The RANCH was bomb though

First time in Tyler and we went out on a limb trying the Chicken Alfredo pizza. It was absolutely fantastic! Not too greasy, cooked perfectly, generally great. I love the selection of hot sauces. Very clean, friendly staff, and it didn’t take very long from the time of ordering to enjoying it. A large had 3 adults full so that was great. We spent $32 with drinks and pizza. If I’m ever in Tyler again I definitely would like to visit this place again.

Pepperoni rolls were good and the salad was great for the price. They got that good ranch y’all!!! Food came out quick and the staff were friendly. Place was clean but the music was loud and the drink machines were out of order.

It was okay. Better than domino’s or pizza hut, but I most likely won’t return due to my own preference for a tasty pizza accompanied with wings.

My favorite pizza on earth & I’m a pizza connoisseur! This pizza is so good, I live in Houston & miss it so mi dream of it. I’ve been eating the pizza & the pizza rolls since I was like 6 years old. I’ve tried hundreds of other pizza shops, especially living in Houston + traveling a lot. Nothing compares.. & the price point is very affordable. My dad has done work for the owners & they have been so gracious supporting his small business. Every time he or my mom come for a visit they bring a couple large pizzas & we devour them. I honestly wish we could have a Rounders close to home, I’d be their #1 customer!

I tried Rounders Restaurant in Tyler, TX. I ordered a ham and provolone sub sandwich and was disappointed when I opened it up and found one thin small slice of ham on it. This sandwich was mostly bread, full of lettuce, once slice of tomato, very thin slice of ham and Provolone cheese. I showed it to my colleagues at our luncheon and everyone laughed and some stated that it looks like I received a bread and lettuce sandwich.
I asked the table waiter if I could have at least one more slice of ham on my sandwich and he immediately retrieved the Manager.
When the Mgr. arrived, I showed him the sandwich and he stated, “this is the way we make it, so deal with it because you’re not getting any more ham”.
Zero Customer Service whatsoever!!

Yes, this is trivial and there are starving people in the world that would beg for even once piece of bread. My concern is how the manager handled this and his response to my question. His lack of understanding and empathy was terrible… The sandwhich wasn’t worth ordering again and for that matter, I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
We eat lunch out every weekday and I’ve never had this kind of experience at any restaurant.

We always receive great service and the food is always hot and fresh! Today they had a full house with live music and they were fully staffed. The staff was quick to take orders and clean tables promptly. Thank you!!!

If you’re planning on buying this pizza and you’re not gonna eat it immediately and put it in the oven on warmer Don’t do it because by the time you eat it, it will be hard and stiff But if you’re wanting to eat it fresh, this pizza is amazing But you must eat it right when you get it

such surly, indifferent, unfriendly staff. why do kids under 25 refuse to look at customers, or smile, or heaven forbid say “thank you” or “have a nice day” after we customers spend our money there, when MANY other pizza places are nearby and happy to have my business.
the pizza itself was fine but SO skimpy on amount of toppings. i just don’t understand or accept the consistently bad attotude of these employees. no excuses. when i was 17, I worked at Ken’s Pizza and was at the very least, positive and welcoming. i understood it was part of the job to be civil, nice, tolerant. so no, i think being young is not a valid excuse for lousy frowns and stone faces. Rounder’s should do better, hire better.
