This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I frequent here a lot. I think it’s run really well! The line runs smoothly and the very few times I have had any issue their customer service concerning makes up for it.

I always come to this Starbucks, never had I ever gotten horrible customer service until today 01/29/26. The lady that was in the Drive thru was sliding the door with so much attitude. I am sharing this review because I was very disappointed and in hopes that you guys take this criticism to improve and be better for the next customer. I ordered a banana nut bread toasted and a hot chocolate with almond milk this morning. Absolutely nasty. This is my first time being to this location and I never had anything nasty from Starbucks. My banana nut bread was barely lukewarm and staled. My hot chocolate was so watery I can barely taste the chocolate in which hot chocolate is supposed to be rich and thick. I was so disappointed I really wanted to turn around but my job is down the street. Super sweet staff but a waste of $8

I ordered a Pesto, Basil, Mozzarella Panini, but when I got home and opened it, I was extremely disappointed. The sandwich barely had any mozzarella, only about three leaves of spinach, and was mostly tomato. It was missing the key ingredients that make it what I ordered, and for nearly $7, the portion and quality were unacceptable.
I was really looking forward to enjoying this, but instead, I feel like I wasted my money on something that wasn’t made properly. I had to add my own ingredients at home! I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks Impossible Breakfast Sandwich , but this was frustrating, and I’d love to see better consistency in the future.

I work from home and I really needed a pick me up. My order was delivered through door dash but the order was packed so nicely and came EXACTLY how I ordered it which I’ve had trouble with from other locations. So, I really appreciated the efficiency and care.

From the outside this Starbucks looks tiny, but once you get inside you realize it’s kind of spacious. The service is also great. My only complaint is the Internet sucks and I’m not used to that, visiting other Starbucks. Sometimes I just opt to use my own phone as a hotspot, it’s so bad.

Considering the current staffing issues at most places, I was impressed with this location’s efficiency with only a few baristas. The indoor vibe is group oriented, with a large space and multiple 6 person round tables. Coffee was a bit delayed but came out hot and made as ordered. The baristas were kind and respectful, and I enjoyed my visit!

My issue is that about 80% of the time my drink is not made properly. Like missing one of 3 main ingredients like no sweetener even though recipe calls for 6 pumps. Or light ice and it’s full of ice. I don’t make special, off-recipe, or super specific drinks. The most I’ll do is choose no or light ice, OR extra syrup (lately not even that). I go to about 4 Starbucks shops and order the same two items. So I know how my drinks typically taste.
