I wouldn’t recommend this place. The portion sizes were extremely disappointing—my salad was tiny, and the protein serving was barely a quarter of what you’d expect. For $30 for two people, the value just wasn’t there. Definitely not going back.

Alicia and Desha were extremely welcoming! I entered and they welcomed me. Desha assisted me with my order (1st time at Saladworks). Alicia encouraged me to purchase a treat for myself for being so good. They were genuinely friendly and full of positive vibes; I love their spirits. Saladworks’ management have the RIGHT counter staff at this establishment on Jimmie Leeds Rd.
I look forward to returning here. Should I visit another location I am expecting the same if not better] professional, friendly, & welcoming experience.

The salad works in galloway nj is wonderful love the food . Unfortunately a customer came into the store tonight and became irrate rhat she was charged extra for extra food . To my understanding the employees were doing there job and very professional at that. I feel you want extra you pay extra because that is what the employees are trained to do and it is part of there job. So in the end the customer assaulted the employee her name is justine by throwing her bag of food at her. Still the employees kept it professional. It’s a shame that these employees need to go thru this. Keep in mind the customer is not always right. but I will still go back because I love the food and the atmosphere .

Just went today to Salad Works with my three year-old and have to say it was a such great experience! Not only were they loving on my daughter and making us feel so welcomed and noticed, but on my way out, I accidentally dropped her whole meal on the floor! They saw it happen and immediately jumped on helping me and offered to replace her meal, even though she had eaten some of it already. These girls were the sweetest and all three of them were so kind… Lauren, Maria and Alicia. Thank you ladies and I’ll definitely be back in soon ❤️

They give you like half an ounce of dressing for your delivery salad as if that’s the same amount you get on it when you get it to go in the store. If I had known I was getting such a small portion of dressing for my large salad I would’ve paid the extra dollar for another half oz I guess.

When I walked in the heavy set chick with brown hair in with glasses and an eye pimple gave wonderful service to the old lady in front of me BUT soon as she got to me her demeanor changed. She acted like she didn’t even wanna serve me. She had a sour Puss on her face gave me a dirty stare. Then she continuously stared me down as I paid for my food, making me extremely uncomfortable, and the stare was very obvious as somebody else in their reviews, put it Maybe she’s insecure and just needs to not work there

Sadly..this location lacked in appearance at the counter.The baseline were dirty..glass unwjiped and trash on the floor behind the counter. I watched the counter associate toss a bundle of trash toward the trashcan, missed it and it fell to the floor.I asked him who was going to sweep the floor.Eventually, he has someone else sweep the floor.
The rolls were stale and to a spend over 20.00 on two salads in an environment as such, isn’t my go to place any longer.

I absolutely love the food and the soup there. I ordered a chicken, Caesar wrap and broccoli cheddar soup online. It was ready in minutes and when I brought it home, it was very hot. Excellent service.
