DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Mistakes happen, we get that. However, our recent order was placed for a whole pepperoni pizza and somehow we ended up with half-cheese/half-pepperoni. Also, the garlic knots are supposed to come with 6, but somehow ours had only 5. This was an order made online, mind you, so there really shouldn’t be any excuses -the store was empty when I got there.
Also outside of placing a call, there’s no way to complain or attempt order correction. (I’m already home by now, I’m not going out again anyway.)
Granted, I should have double-checked everything before I left the store, but “lessons learned”, I guess.

The young lady who made my pizzas was polite, fast and made it exactly the way I wanted it! for just 2 pepperoni pizzas it was over $40, that was a little steep but other than that it was good!

Order on line family size pizza had to go back 20 minutes later to pick up. Recieved and large not family. Paid 28.00 for wrong pizza. Then when we went back the second pizza was worst than the first. Just as small. Less toppings. The top was not even covered. They had no care. No concern of poor quality. I did not ask for discount or anything. Just the correct pizza not less than tje prior. We recieved wprse. The top was not even Smaller. Worst service and pizza I have ever received from any papa murphys.

The pizza was good, but they put a lot less toppings when I entered a 25% off coupon code. Also there was another time when I asked for olives instead of artichokes and they didn’t do that. Ordered online.

Came to this store at 7:45, this is the second time we’ve been here around this time and have had the store already shut down or in the process of being shut down, with no ability to make a pizza because everything is put away. If your store hours are 11AM-8PM I don’t understand how you’re closed early regularly enough for this to be our second time having this experience.

Phone number doesn’t go through. Very inconvenient. Gets some weird error message about being busy when one tries to call. Told the cashier when I just decided to go in person and they didn’t seem at all concerned. Will not be bothering with this location in the future.

When calling, the phone rings until it disconnects or goes to a full voice-mail box.
On 9/12/25 @7pm, it was answered for 10 seconds (background noises only) then hung up on.
I went back to speak with management on 9/13/25 @ 1pm and was called a racist / etc…
