Place an online order, when you do that the order is written down for them. I get my order, and the label doesn’t match what’s in the box. I called the store, all they do is offer me a free honey walnut shrimp that was supposed to be in my box for my next visit. Now I have a sweet-and-sour chicken in my box that I don’t even like, mixed with the rice. So sauce that i don’t like is all over my white rice. The manager was super polite, but didn’t offer a very good resolution whatsoever. The drive through is also not easy to navigate if you have a larger vehicle.

I’ve loved the food at panda since 2002 living in Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys, CA area.. Their orange is still my favorite dish along with their fried rice. The food never gets old and there are no other places that make asian style food and deliver the punch of flavor that Panda Express does. I eat here at least one a week.

Second time here, still not good at all! Low mein super dry, chicken teriyaki was rubbery and had lots of gristle, I honestly don’t think it’s chicken at all, the other chicken and mushroom dish the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, it also was rubbery. Orange chicken was only decent thing to eat. We won’t be back.

Went here with my girlfriend around 8:45 and the workers were rude and seemed genuinely annoyed to have customers, made for a bad experience sadly, the person grabbing our food just seemed mad and didn’t really use any manners. Then after we left they locked the doors when they supposedly close at 10 pm and we watched multiple try to go in but couldn’t bc they locked the doors.

I consistently come here all the time and today they had some dude trying to scam me charging me a more expensive price for something I get all the time telling me it’s a new price, but it doesn’t even show the new price on the board and I literally seen him put in a whole different order to make it more expensive they out here scamming people at a panda this place needs to be shut down for real. And they were very disrespectful and rude and disregarding in mind you I come to this one all the time this is my first time dealing with this on such a major level

First time trying Panda Express. It’s the same kinda vibe as Manchu wok if you’re from Canada. They offer a good selection of sides & they were all decent. It’s about what you’d expect for a fast food Chinese place. The big hit for us was the rangoons as we don’t have them at most places in Canada so we enjoyed them. The noodles were just okay just like they are at most places like this. For sides we got the orange chicken which was delicious. Pepper beef & crispy beef. Both were also really good too.
The service was also fantastic! The girl working was super helpful and patient with us!

Not happy at all with the portion of food we received there. We got a 2 entrée plate with fried rice, orange chicken and the beef. Maybe 4 little pieces of beef with scraps and onions and peppers, and the chicken maybe 5 hard ones. Also got a side of noodles but I should say side of cabbage and celery because we got like maybe 6 noodles throughout. No joke! The bottom of the barrel…We went around 8pm ish on Saturday night through the drive thru, if they were running low on stuff we wanted they should have told us and we could possibly choose something else, I’ve had panda in other locations and never like this! Very disappointing. You are the closest location for us and 35 mins isn’t even close but drove it cause we normally like panda, so we made the drive..got home checked food and was not happy and to far to drive back.Never again!

Better quality food than a different panda express I went to but it was good. Its not exactly gourmet but its pretty good for the price. The orange chicken tasted spicier than I remembered but the chow mein and white rice was good. I suggest for 2 people just get a bigger plate meal and split it since its a better deal and you can save some money from it. The inside seemed clean and very cozy and relaxing.

Stopped in for a bite while running errands. It was pricey ($13 for lunch/drink) but the gal behind the counter was super friendly and let me split my sides on my plate. Orange chicken and kung pao were outstanding. Chow mein so-so. Fun to try but wouldn’t go out of my way for it
