I had the Curry Chicken Rice bowl and loved it! Perfect flavor. I’ll be back to try more options! Didn’t take a before photo, but I cleaned up every flavor-enhanced bit of rice, and all the rest. Perfect coffee as well, and husband was pleased with his breakfast burrito. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I’ve always loved their coffee, which has kept me coming back, and I’ve had good experiences with their food truck at summer festivals since I live out of town. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark. I ordered the steak and potato medley, and it appeared to be mixed up with another order — it came with strawberries and black olives, which aren’t listed on the menu and didn’t belong with the dish. The unexpected ingredients completely threw off the flavor and ruined the meal.

I wanted to love this so much because of the Jamaican roots but it was so underwhelming b/c I love Caribbean fusions. Loved the fresh fruit and salads, just wish there was more flavor. The service struggled in the beginning but got much better towards the end. Love that they have lots of outdoor seating. The coffee was great!

Cottonwood Canyon was a cute find while visiting our son at UNI. First off, it is much smaller than the wide angle photos make it appear to be. It’s a cute, cozy little cafe. During our visit there was only one staff member working. She was relatively friendly. It appeared that she did everything, from making the coffee beverages to preparing our meals; mine was a chicken curry rice bowl and my wife’s was a grilled cheese sandwich. The food was pretty good and arrived quickly, as we were the only ones there at 5pm on Saturday (Veterans Day).

CUTE little place in an old historic house, fast service, friendly atmosphere and Excellent food and coffee. I had the breakfast sandwich and my husband had the burrito, it was delicious. Definitely would choose this place again in our travels. (I had already eaten half my sandwich before I thought of taking a picture).

Yum! Our food was fresh and was definitely made to order. There are many options for customization, and the front staff are wonderful at assisting you in ordering. My grilled cheese had delicious bread and the cheese combo is delightful. Others in my party were equally pleased with their wrap and bowl. This is a must for those looking to eat lunch on the healthier side in Cedar Falls!

Excellent choice for a lazy mid-day meal! The food was DELICIOUS. We had the chicken curry wrap (shown in pic) and the breakfast burrito. Everything was very fresh, and prepared with care. The pour-over coffee was great, and service was chill and efficient. The music vibes were on point too. Highly recommend!
