Crap service charged me before my sandwichs were made, then told me I couldn’t have certain toppings because he had already rung me up. When I ask for a side and I would pay for it separately, he told me it wasn’t possible. I stated maybe he should make the sandwiches before charging the custome and was told to relax and chill. Great experience! Chastity was very kind and helpful. Listened to my requests and made my order perfectly! Only complaint was that they were out of tea and the Sprite in the machine was an odd, dark color. I wouldn’t have bought a drink of I had known. But, overall, great service and great food!

Its a pretty cool place, quiet little Subway with lounge seating and free WiFi. I ended up stuck in Okeechobee for a morning and wanted to work. The McDonald’s despite free WiFi, was awful. No plugs and lots of noise and unpleasant people. The Subway meanwhile was clean, quiet and had ample plugs to get my computer juiced up. Way better option all around

Horrible Service!!!! Deborah (clerk/sandwich maker) was VERY chipper when her friend was there but HUGE attitude change. She looked like she hated her job. First order is a footling sub that she toasted without even asking… Maybe we all don’t like our sandwiches toasted ! Next order Turkey breast salad… Asked for 1/2 spinach 1/2 lettuce she gave me 10 pieces of spinach. I asked for Ranch I received Italian! One pack of dressing was open. No Turkey on the salad so I had to have her go back and put it on. THEN to top it off I get 5 miles down the road and have a knife and NO FORK!

Slow, slower, subway….
Gosh, had one customer ahead of us and she ordered 3 sandwiches. After 15 minutes the dude was still working on the 2nd sandwich. We walked out. When you walk in around 1pm, (lunch time) you can expect a little delay but this guy was just not motivated to move quick whatsoever. I should have recorded it so yall could see how ridiculous this was…..

Very rude worker. Did not get her name but it was on May 1st at 3:27. I walked out after she was rude to my sister while waiting on her. She then said I was going to wait on her. My sister said she refuses to buy from you because you are so rude. She then ans only then changed her attitude. No smiles just like what do you want kind of attitude. I hate getting anyone in trouble bit if they are rude I have no choice.
Hopefully no one else will have to go through that again.

They don’t even deserve the 1 start but sadly I have to give them something. This subway is never open and when by chance it is open they never have the items to make the sub you want. It is a waste of gas and your time to go to this location.
