Extremely slow service. I waited over 10 minutes at the drive-thru menu before anyone responded. After ordering two Impossible Whoppers, I received only one and was asked to park and wait. After more than 20 minutes, no one came out. When I went inside, I was told they had forgotten my order. Very frustrating experience. Not coming back at this location again.

My final negative experience here took place on 09/23/25 at 1:50PM. I never posted a review but really felt this time it was appropriate. I love burger king but this location particularly has very poor customer service. I also notice some of the younger employees are incredibily rude and I hate to bring attention to it, but they treat my black co worker ever worse than I. They never respond or communicate with him about his order or the amount hes due. We used to go every week for lunch but today was the final straw. You would think a local place you give money to would treat you better, especially when you work across the street. Very disappointed.

Stay away from Burger King on West Galena and even more so at night. I had a coupon for 2 Whopper junior sandwiches, fries and drink. All the food was cold and it seemed like the burger was either old or over cooked because it was dried out and scorched around the edges. The 2 pieces of lettuce on the burger was white, not green and a drop of mayo and ketsup, small tomato piece,pickle and some onion. I am showing the picked off ingredients of 2 burgers…total experience was disgusting!!! These pics are taken after lifting off the top bun. I ended up putting the patties together on one bun and throwing the other bun in the garbage.

I want to give no star as how nice it looks outside, it’s a total opposite in the inside. Very dirty. I see 3 staff in the store but no one is cleaning the dining areas. Filthy!!! It was around 4pm and very slow. It’s the best time to clean as there were no customers.

Bout 2 Years ago my review was 1 star but been giving this place more chances and have gotten alot better. I always use the mobile app or coupons in the mail so I can afford to eat at BK. Only downside is I don’t think they open at 6am. I’ve been here couple times at 6am to eat before work myself but this place is always deserted so not sure what they actually open up. Also if you got kids this is a good place to let them run around during winter or super hot days.

4/22/25 1050pm at night for managers reference. This place has constantly messed up our order, workers had attitude or something else. This night, no cars were in line & worker said to wait a moment before saying anything. 5 minutes passed an no one came back to the mic. Passed by the windows & no one was there. Night shift has always had some issue every other time we come here. Won’t be coming back to this one anymore

At 10:12 am I come here to get a bacon egg cheese biscuit. They tell me there’s going to be a 15 minute wait because the biscuits are getting made fresh. Then I was told “do you still want them?” I said yes and he looked visibly upset and told me to pull forward and wait. It’s now 10:35 and still no biscuits

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED from past reviews. Things must have changed! This was my first time here and I was impressed with staff member Amey and manger was very nice. Kept up cleanliness as I noticed Amey staff member step away during slow time to clean play area and Dining including bathroom was very clean. My son enjoyed the play area which is bigger than other locations and food tasted great. I will definitely be coming here again. Hopefully other customers noticing this change and post 5 star reviews.

I went through drive through and one of the burgers was missing. After having to go back I went to the drive through thinking the burger would be there for me. I was parked to bring out the burger. I thought I was missing a bacon cheeseburger but it was the whopper with the new value bag. I went in with the bag and to explain to the manager and she stared at me like I was lying!!! It was THEIR mistake they didn’t put it in the bag. Made me feel awful and embarrassed like I was scamming for a 269 burger. Absolutely shameful.
