I can’t believe the customer service of the manager named Sarah. Probably one of the most disrespectful and rude people I’ve ever came into contact with at a restaurant. Talks rudely to customers, rolls her eyes, etc. surprised they still let her run things. Won’t be going back which is unfortunate because the food is great.

You should get the story straight… I asked if I could order and then after your attitude I actually told you to forget it because you rolled your eyes and said that they are going to have to call downtown and the food would be thrown in the garbage. I ordered birria pizza. Personal size. It was prepared to perfection and I didn’t have a long wait. Staff was friendly and the price was $7.50 very well worth this tasty filling dish.

Good food, lady who takes orders on phone is rude and doesn’t put order in. I called in at 1:40 to pick up…order wasn’t even sent to cook and never placed.. girl on phone cut me off and had rude demeanor. Lady at window was very helpful and nice otherwise I would have gone to Townhouse.
