Told me there was a 15 minute wait on nacho fries… got my order excluding the fries at the window and was told to pull into the parking lot, but I wasn’t given a designated place to wait and after 20 minutes I went back around to the window, where I was told they forgot about my order and that my nacho fries were ready but were sitting for a bit because they thought the bag was for door dash. By the time I got the fries everything else was cold.

I told them no beef and made it CLEAR! They put it on my receipt and still gave beef to someone who MEDICALLY Cold not have it. They bit into the burrito. We will be contacting our lawyer. Never has a taco bell location messed this up. But then again this is thomaston… this happened around 3-4pm on 01/11/2026

I NEED CORPORATE THE OWNER . OR WHOEVER IS OVER THE TACO BELL IN THOMASTON GA.TO CONTACT ME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY (Not all) But majority ARE RUDE. INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER. YOU HAVE TO LEADER WHEN BEING IN MANAGEMENT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SO MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS PLACE AND NOTHING NEVER GET HANDLED. BUT I WILL MAKE SURE I WONT STOP UNTIL ITS HANDLED. HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY WE SHOULD ALWAYS FEEL WELCOMED.

Uber Eats picked up my order from here. Tacos were specified to not have lettuce. They all had lettuce. 2 orders of chips with no nacho cheese. 2 missing burritos.

If you are human in the dinning room you get ignored. You have to wait. They try and force you to order on the kiosk. I wanted human interaction. I was patient on the 62 year old manager. She made me feel unimportant. She kept telling I should use the kiosk. Then she walked off from us again. So I just left and went to KFC NEXT DOOR. MY MONEY WAS SPENT WHERE I FEEL APPRECIATED.

If you’re in any kind of hurry, don’t go through the drive thru. It is the slowest drive thru that I’ve ever been in even when there’s nobody in line. If there’s 2 or 3 cars you better plan to be there a while. They have been several times that I left the drive thru line because they are too slow.

I went through the drive thru they had my order wrong so I went around the second time to get the rest of my order, as soon as they opened the window the smell of weed came rolling out. Told them they forgot part of my order they ask for a receipt which I didn’t have one because the lady didn’t give me one. She called over a man who ask what was supposed to be in the deluxe box…I have no clue I don’t work there! By the time I got the rest of my order my food was cold. Will not be back.

I ordered the 2 chicken chulupus, 1 taco, and drink combo, and it is supposed to have been with extra chicken. This is what I received. I knew Taco Bell was cheap, but this is insane will never attend this Taco Bell again.

I rated it a 1 because there is no zero option. We weree in a hurry so we went through the drive -thru …big mistake— the woman was very rude. I asked for one item and she says, “And” i asked her to repeat herself she says and what else”, another item, “and what else”, then after the next ut was just AND! At the end I wasn’t given the total only asked if I wanted to round up for their scholarship fund. In my haste i said “not this time” “Drive around” she loudly states.
The food we got was horrible. cheese wasnt melted nor was cheesy gordita crunch warm. Hard stale :/ And I bought 3:/
The cheesy bean and rice burritos we ordered for the kids only had beans no sauce no cheese.
I called the number to the restaurant and just got a busy signal. The number doesn’t work. No way to correct the issues.
