The employees here have TERRIBLE attitudes! They obviously hate their jobs and choose to take it out on the customers. Ask for anything (ketchup, sour cream, napkins) and you will be made to feel like you are an absolute inconvenience to them. They never have baked potatoes ready. If you go during peak times make sure you order your food customized. If you do not, you WILL DEFINITELY get food that had been sitting already prepared for who only knows how long. I love Wendy’s and this was a favorite lunch spot for us at work. I will no longer give this location any of my business. Hope y’all keep this behavior up, you will just go out of business which is what your employees want and deserve!

NO SYRUP INCLUDED FOR THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS???
Are we supposed to eat them dry as hell? NOT ONE NAPKIN.
Come on really ?? This location literally doing the LEAST AMOUNT POSSIBLE. How hard is to to include in the bag what should come with the meal? How hard is it to put a couple napkins in the bag? What are you guys “busy” doing if it’s not getting what the customers spent their hard earned dollars on actually put INTO THE BAG? DO BETTER!

Was top notch with great service 6 years ago and before for a long long long time. Now getting food in the drive thu is very slow u usually have u pull over and wait. Chili usually taste like it has been laying around for days.. Breakfeast is actually good if u can get it fresh but u will not. It taste like it has been laying around with the bread even hard its bad sad. And even though it is right down the block I have to pass at that location. It was a really really great Wendy’s pretty much the best Wendy’s had to offer. I gave up on this location, pass here 100 % for sure.

I visited the Wendy’s located at 31150 Five Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154 on 1/3/26 around 2:15–2:30 PM and had a very uncomfortable experience at the drive-thru.
The employee assisting me was rude and unprofessional. She handled my debit card in a careless manner, dropped it outside into the snow, and then read my name aloud from my card without my consent. She did not immediately return my card, and I had to reach out and retrieve it myself.
When I calmly asked for her name or identification, she stated she did not have a name badge on and mentioned she didn’t need to wear one, At one point, she referred to me as “irritating,” which was completely inappropriate and disrespectful.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but this behavior was unacceptable. Customers should never feel disrespected or have their personal information handled so casually.
I hope Wendy’s management addresses this situation and reinforces proper customer service standards, including professionalism, respect, and identification policies.

They literally locked the doors in our face as we were walking up … at 6:50PM. What kind of fast food place is closed for the day before 7PM???? Had to eat in my lap in my car. Reason? “Short staffed” Yet there are at 3 people standing around talking to each other.

Pretty quick service here, especially using the app up order beforehand. Orders are accurate, served hot, and crew are very friendly.
On this visit had Bourbon bacon cheeseburger and Single Bacon Classic. Both were great…the bourbon bacon cheeseburger was a bit smaller than I expected, but not bad.

I wanted Wendy’s Chili. I asked did the Chili have Meat in it because I didn’t want a Large serving of Beans. Turns out that’s exactly what I got. Two large cups of beans. And they were not completely cooked. It was Terrible.

I was in drive thru today, the person collecting money and giving me my food (Diamond) the recipe said host name is Diamond! Rude and was rolling her eyes at me. You acted like you’re arms would fall off from me asking for ketchup and hot chilly sauce! If you don’t like your fast food job then maybe you shouldn’t work at Wendy’s. Wendy’s should hire smiling faces and friendly staff.

Ordered apple pecan chicken salad, Jr cheeseburger, iced tea. Only after paying and being headed order told they had no forks…how do you eat salad without fork, strike 1.
