The girl at the front counter was disgustingly rude. Showed up 30 mins before close and they had an attitude about having to make a pizza.. not to mention we had to sit there the whole 30 mins for them to make one classic pepperoni. Then, when we got in the car to check the pizza, it was wrong. And the girl and her co worker locked the door as soon as i walked out the door. Then laughed when I checked the pizza and it was wrong. (I pulled up to the door, but they did not care, and were laughing.)

I had just gotten off my shift and was waiting on my order, 2 hot and ready and puffs. A guy walked in and wanted 5 pizzas, the kid behind the counter sold all the pizza then told me I now had to wait for more pizza to be ready. The manager explained he was a frequent customer so he took preference.

Walked in to get my raw dough Italian cheese bread remade and bring it home only to still have raw dough in the middle of it. The lady who helped us was very sweet however we still have raw dough. Currently having to bake it ourselves as the first bite it was like soup biting into it. I make bread myself and know what raw dough looks like as well as worked in a pizza restaurant myself. To say majorly dissatisfied with whoever is doing quality control. If someone digests raw dough it can make them sick! SHAME ON YALL!!! IF YOU HAVE KIDS STAY AWAY!!

This is always our go-to pizza place! Good pizza for a good price! We come here regularly and the pizza and bread are always great! However, tonight I wanted to brag on not only how good the food is, but the staff as well! Alexis took care of my order tonight and she was so amazing! I mostly use the pizza portal for our orders, but for some reason tonight it was not working on my phone. When I arrived, the store was packed all the way to the door, but that did not phase Alexis! She took care of each and every customer with a great pace! Not to mention, she was the only one working the register with at least 5 people ahead of me and more behind me. She did not rush or act the least bit aggravated. She was patient, but also quick to help each and every person. I appreciate you Alexis and the rest of the staff as well for making each visit here a great one! Thank you!

Visited the State of Franklin of Johnson City location tonight at a little after 9:00 p.m. ask for cheesy bread they didn’t have any ready asked for crazy puffs she said they didn’t have any of those ready I asked her what she did have she said I can offer you a cup of sauce. I seriously don’t understand what has happened to customer service or quality of service at any place you go to anymore it just blows my mind.

Lowest prices for pizza and nice quality! I recommend the Italian cheese bread, it’s really good.
If they have to make your pizza while you’re there, it usually takes eight minutes, just a heads up. But, if you don’t mind waiting it’ll be a breeze for you.

I order from this location somewhat frequently. Sometimes it’s fine, but if it gets busy at all it’s really bad. Like pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup between 6:28 and 6:33 and it was well after 7 before the order was fulfilled. Not thrilled but since it is a little Caesars I’m not disappointed enough to not go back. So eh.
