My order was completely messed up. They gave me a dirty rice instead of mac n cheese, lemonade instead of sweet tea, and a regular mash when I paid for a large. Also the mash smelled spoiled. The chicken tastes good tho.

Dashing most nights after 9pm and the lobby is always closed. Closed with no food to serve to the customers! This is a constant issue with them at night. No chicken is hardly ever available and that’s a big issue due to the fact that the building is right across the street from a college. This is bad for business. How are you out of food at 9 and you close at 11? You’re not out of food because you’re sold out, they simply didn’t cook the food. The day shift has AMAZING service and ALWAYS have chicken available. This is a constant issue with the night team. How can people love that chicken from Popeyes if they never have the chicken?

It’s always something with this place. They won’t answer at the drive through to take my order, they can’t find my online order, they make me pull up and take 30 minutes to bring me something as simple as an apple pie. Just so badly ran. it’s absolutely sad.

Even if you lived across the street, you’d be better off going to another location. I’ve been here so many times and told they don’t have chicken. 90% of the time I place a mobile order and walk to find the lobby closed in the middle of the day. Then I have to walk through the drive through. The food is never ready when I get there either so I have to stand in the drive through, which is just comically awful service on top of them being rude to you. The food is good most of the time, though.

Where do I start? A few days ago I walked into KFC to order some classic chicken, and the person taking my order had the biggest attitude a Kentucky man could find. I had to walk my self a quarter mile down to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. I was sketchy at first because there was no way popeyes could compare to the 11 herbs and spices, but boy was I wrong. Upon entering the establishment, I automatically knew it was better, the aroma of the waiting section, the cleanliness of the tables, and the surprisingly pleasant smell of the restroom. As I ordered, the cashier was very friendly, patient, and full of that Louisiana spirit. I received my food along with the ravishing taste of those buttery popeyes Louisiana kitchen biscuits . My experience was nothing short of spectacular and it is something that I will remember the rest of my life.
