I did take it back to the establishment the manager would not refund or give me credit it was either replace the pizza right there, so I waited 20 minutes received my second order and it was slightly dark brown but I just took it and its sitting on my kitchen counter. Please check your orders before you leave the establishment.

People and food were great but nothing was made! There was 1 bread, that’s it! I’ve actually had this happen several times at various locations. We sat in line 10 minutes. So I went inside, by now there are 6 cars in line and noone has moved. Like I said there was no food so I ordered it and went back out to my car for another 10 minutes! I rarely leave bad or mediocre ratings, chosing instead to focus on the positive. But I’m positive no food left that store for over 20 minutes, js, lol!

I’ve had pizza from this location a few time for the past few years, and I’ve noticed this location’s undying desire to cut cost as much as possible. Their hot and ready pizza look and taste like they’ve been prepared a week in advance, and seem to be reheated to order.

For the past few months, I’ve noticed that this location prepares each pizza with almost no ingredients; barely any sauce or cheese, with each slice containing 2 to 3 1/2 inches of just crust.

I would recommend the location in Lake Jackson near WalMart (about 8 to 10 minutes from this location); I did just this, and it was a big difference.
