This environment is definitely disrespectful when it comes to people that they don’t like, This girl with purple hair kept looking at me just because I was ordering three things, and I was alone, even though it was for my kids. The cashiers were rude And when two of them didn’t want to ring me up so I literally waited about 15 minutes just for one of them to grow up.

I ordered an Oreo blizzard cake through DoorDash. The cake arrived plain with no decorations, completely opposite of what is advertised in the picture. On top of that, the ice cream tasted old/freezer-burned. Incredibly disappointing when you’re spending $30 plus on a cake. Do better.

I was very disappointed when I tried to order the cookie crunch blizzard and was told they “ran out” of all the ingredients to make it. These items were supposed to last all summer, and it’s only May. They need to order more supplies so they can make it for the customer.

Loved going there as a child. Went all the time. Wasn’t impressed when I took my granddaughters there. Place looked neglected & dirty. I really didn’t want to get anything. My butterscotch dip was just about dipped. I wasn’t crazy about the color either! I ended up throwing it out!

My absolutely FAVORITE ice cream place! That’s one of my favorite things about summer. The staff is always so polite, they make a killer blizzard, and they make the experience even better. Way to go Stratford DQ employees!

Either your machines are not working properly or your staff does not know how to work them this is the second time the ice cream was almost like Milk , vanilla cone was so soft the whole top of the cone fell off before I can walk 2 feet to my car this is the second time the ice cream was like this 2 plus months ago same situation

Bruh I came here to get Oreo brownie blizzard and whenever I go they barely put brownies in it. I’m forced to go to this DQ because it’s the closest to my house. I bought 5 Oreo brownie blizzards today 1 medium and the rest mini. I asked if she can put extra BROWNIES little did I know they charge $89 cents for that. My total came out to be $27.19. This DQ has the worst customer service. At least tell your gonna charge $89, forget about money. When I got home and was eating the ice cream I noticed THERES NO BROWNIE. I asked the rest of the fam if there’s has brownie and they all said no as well. I’m just shocked. So unprofessional stop charging your customer for half the price bruh. If you don’t have brownies LET US KNOW.
