We stayed at the Inelle Hotel for 4 nights and had breakfast here every morning. Brooklyn served us Sunday morning and was super sweet. The protein bowl is so fresh and delicious! We had Sam every morning the rest of the days. She was solo every day and ran that place LIKE A BOSS! On Monday, Columbus Day, it was packed and she was handling everything so calmly and with grace. She told us they were out of potatoes when she got to work and she had her bf buy some and bring them bc there was no way she could get through breakfast with no potatoes. This is a key employee that is super valuable! We didn’t know they served dinner and would’ve liked to have tried it, but already had reservations. The menu is fairly limited, but I bet it’s great, based on the quality of the breakfast. The girl who worked the afternoon/evening shift also seemed like a super hard worker. Even when she wasn’t busy, she was mopping the floors and cleaning constantly. I really enjoyed the staff here and the food was delicious!

Saturday 8/10/24 my BF, sis, and I went to Hemlock in Oakhurst for food and drinks. They were very welcoming and attentive. The bartender and Executive Chef Mateo came out to make sure everything was good more than once. Dean our server was awesome !! We are locals so you get a locals discount, and they love when the locals come in so go and support. The Mediterranean appetizer was very good, I had the chopped salad with housemade vinegarette, my BF had the Wagyu burger, and my sis had the eggplant Parmasean which was excellent. We had MULTIPLE drinks lol they have a special cocktail menu. The chef surprised us with a affogato on the house, which was very nice. Loved the atmosphere and chill vibe. It is on a little on the pricey side, but in today’s economy what isn’t?!

We had a great time celebrating my birthday at this restaurant. I had the Eggplant Parmesan, and oh my goodness, that was so decadent. My kids had Penne and Wagyo Burger and they simply loved it. I also highly recommend the carrots with ricotta and Belgian fries with the best garlic on top I’ve tasted in 2 years in the United States.
They are located in the recently remodeled Inelle Hotel, so it’s pretty convenient.

Fresh ingredients and amazing flavor.
Ordered the Mediterranean platter and the Butternut Squash soup. Perfect for a light dinner. Looking forward to coming back to try their other heavier options.

We had the most amazing experience here! The chef, Mateo, was super friendly and personable as well as our server, Emily! We got the Wagyu Burger with their delicious homemade chunky ketchup along with the roasted carrots & whipped ricotta. Everything was perfect and the locals discount is such a great incentivizing touch. We will be back!

The burger and impossible burger were the best we’ve had. They had the best homemade ketchup. They have some seating inside and nice tables outside. The chef was great and made us food even though the restaurant was closed(which we very much appreciated!!!) We were in town for a wood carving convention and it was very nice having a restaurant in the hotel. We ate here several times and the service was always great. Thank you!

We got dinner here because we were staying here. Terrible food and service. Wish we got Mc Donald’s instead. The penne pasta tasted bland like a child made it with a sauce from a can. The salad was bland. The service was even worse, I asked for black pepper and got salt instead. She also did not attend to us. We waited 20 + mins for a menu and then got fed up and went to the bar to grab it ourselves. Didn’t get the check even after asking for it for 20 mins. Shocked how this place is rated 4.5. Avoid! Just got to a chain restaurant near by!

Excellent cocktails, was impressed by the flavor journey of the two we tried (cucumber type and a whiskey+wine combo) . Food and service were excellent! It’s been a long time since I was surprised by a balanced and complex meal. Carrots and ricotta were incredible, and the special steak sandwich was astonishing. (Fries were also perfect!)
Head chef personally delivered our meal and was a delight to talk to.
Wasn’t expecting to find a small upscale hotel restaurant with borderline fine dining quality food and drinks at reasonable prices for the quality of the service and food just sitting there.
Bummed we couldn’t get breakfast on our way out of town. Will absolutely be back here the next time we go to Yosemite.

It was a Monday evening just before 5pm. The two of us were the only two to be seated in the dining room/lobby by the front desk clerk/host. We ordered the wagyu burger, medium (as one should) and eggplant parm.
While waiting (a half hour) for our food we had to walk up to the bar (still the only two in the dining room with a bartender and server) to get our drinks refilled.
The $28 wagyu burger came cut in half (not requested, but ok, nice presentation) but the surprising part was that it was clearly overcooked. I get serving a whole burger and hoping that you cooked it to temp, but cutting it in half and seeing that it was overcooked and STILL sending it out? Hell, no. Did I mention that it was an almost thirty dollar hamburger? Eggplant parm was good. Nothing special about it to warrant its ridiculous price.
I was hungry, hadn’t eaten since breakfast, so I ate half of the disappointing thirty dollar burger and a few of the schizophrenic fries (there were two different cuts of cheap frozen fries filling the rest of the plate). The pretentious ketchup was pretty good though there wasn’t enough of it to justify 2/3rds of a plate of fries. No one came to check on us until it was time to collect the cash.
After finally being asked how the food was I gave my heartfelt opinion of the burger. To the server’s credit she took $15 off, which made it adequately priced to the food truck burger that it was.
Management: fix your menu. Seriously. You only need half of one page to fit your entire, currently two page, menu. Each item has its own biography. I don’t need to read a novel to order food. Just the finer points. Please.
