I came here because it was one of the only things open late, and honestly, I should have just gone to bed hungry. I ordered a couple of the “tacos,” which I’m fairly certain were deep-fried and then left to languish under a heat lamp since the late 90s. The shell had the texture of a shingle, and the “meat” inside was a mystery even by fast-food standards.The service was just as lukewarm as the food. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for five minutes while the staff had a very audible conversation about their weekend plans before anyone even acknowledged I was there. This place is right near the H-1, which is fitting because you’ll want to get on the freeway and get as far away from this location as possible.

I had coupons for Jack in the box and we were not sure where they were? Because we were on the road and Google to find them I noticed that the 1 that I haven’t been to for years is Still there. Told my husband ” take me home”? Turned right, and I was on my way to Kalihi. Drive there, I was surprised by how the area going there has changed. I even rubbed the building for its been a long while. My cashier sadly I forgot her name She was wonderful. The receipt that I got was not her name I went back in to ask I told her name but I did let the lady/trainer know that she was wonderful. Jack in the Box puts out good coupons every now and then. Happy to be home.

I frequent this location and they’re always fast, friendly, and accurate. I’ve recently experienced several issues which prompt me to write this review.
1. The most egregious offense is that the menu prices don’t accurately reflect the actual prices. See photo for example. When brought to the attention of the employee, my comment went without a reply.
2. The spicy crispy sandwich is always served without two slices of cheese when it’s clearly pictured with two. See photo for example.
3. I have been through the drive-thru on multiple occasions and not offered a receipt. Perhaps to dissuade me from telling corporate about my experiences.
That’s all. Spend your money here at your own risk.

Waited in line well over 30 minutes and all of our order of fries were all burnt. To wait in line that long and not even have fresh fries is outrageous. For the amount of time that everyone had to wait in line tonight, we should have been compensated out of consideration for the customers. And food wasn’t hot.

The cashier was nice and friendly. Quick to help me and answer my question. My tacos were on point. So if u hungry and only get 5 dollars jack and the box u can get 4 tacos for less then 5 bucks. Prepared with love cause those tacos was great.
