I come here often, day or night like the name. I remember I was coming home late from work and I was starving and nothing was open till I actually find out this place is open 24/7! I live close by and I’ve never really noticed this place till a couple of years ago. They definitely came in clutch on a late night. I got a pan con bistec and honestly this is the best in town! You go to any other Cuban restaurant and the pan con bistec is mid at best. But Dia y Noche 11/10! Props to the cooks and staff. Few years later I’m still eating here and will continue! Hope they can make more upgrades to the place, it has a chill atmosphere.

If I can give this place 0 stars I totally would. Do yourself a before and think twice about ordering from this place.
Ordered Milanesa de res with white rice and tostones. The white rice and tostones were good but the steak was harder than pork rinds. I’m honestly appalled at the fact that someone would give this to someone. ( see picture)
My co worker ordered the filetillo de pollo with rice and mash potatoes and they brought her sweet plantains instead of the mash potatoes.
When calling to file a complaint and receive a refund no manager was on site and they had idea when the manager was going to arrive. Called a second time and spoke with an employee Daily ( don’t think it’s spelled correctly) she was really nice and was going to have the manager call me.
5 minutes after Daily called back and said that the manager Armando said that he’ll provide me with the money back however, I had to take all the food back. Mind you I don’t live in the area.

In addition to receiving awful service I was also short changed. They figured it’d easier to keep customers money that to actually provide good service and earn a tip.
Ordered a cafe con leche and received leche con café. Also a cold empanada with a punctured and tostada was not toasted it was just bread and butter. Everything went in the trash!

This is one of my favorite spots to order from, especially late at night when I’m craving something comforting. The food is consistently delicious, and I really appreciate how it has that homemade, down-to-earth feel. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost three years now!! and in all that time, I’ve never had any problems with my orders—everything is always on point. If you’re looking for a solid recommendation, I highly suggest trying the filetillo de pollo with white rice and sweet plantains; it’s absolutely amazing!

The food is decent but the service and wait time is horrendous. It took literally one hour to make a cubano, tostada and cafe con leche. They ignore you. If you can endure the long wait and rude customer service, I would still say go somewhere else. I usually don’t like leaving one star reviews but my absolute dreadful experience earned them this rating.
