Great experience at Parlor Doughnuts! The doughnuts were delicious, and they were even able to whip one up when it wasn’t available up front. The space was very clean, open, and had plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy your treats. The staff was super friendly and welcoming—smiles all around. They even offered a custom chai lemon tea, which turned out amazing. Definitely a place I’ll be back to.

Parlor Doughnuts is seriously hard to beat. These are not your typical cake batter donuts, they are more like a pastry donut, flaky, layered, and ridiculously good. The outside has that light crisp bite, the inside stays soft, and every bite tastes fresh instead of heavy or greasy.
If you want a donut that feels more like a dessert pastry than a basic donut, this is the spot. I will be back, probably sooner than I should.

I had heard a lot about Parlor donuts, so I had to stop in and see what all the hype was about. I can honestly say, the donuts are amazing! Very friendly staff, well maintained facility with clean restrooms. Free WiFi available.

Best doughnut shop in the area, hands down! They’re so fresh and fluffy… makes it obvious that DD’s come from a freezer. I have never eaten a DD donut (they don’t even use the word ‘dough’ in their spelling!) again after having Parlor’s.
They have so many unique doughnut flavors to choose from! I love Sandy Beach, the cinnamon sugar one. Husband loves Strawberry Shortcake, and the kids love Cookies & Cream and Campfire (s’mores).
Don’t skip the coffee or the sandwiches! Better than the doughnuts, I love the Pesto Egg Sandwich. It’s very freshly made on ciabatta bread. The maple & brown sugar latte is my go-to.

This place has a nice vibe with free Wi-Fi. The restrooms and dining area were all super clean. My latte was delightful. Perfect temperature and they had sugar-free vanilla syrup. It is a real drawback for me that they didn’t take American Express, but the experience was nice and there was plenty of seating both inside and out. Pastries looked great, but I didn’t have anything to each, just the latte.

Visiting the area on business, stopped at this establishment as they were the only ones open in the plaza we happened to be in. Although their breakfast menu was rather sparse, what they did have looked pretty good. This is where taste Nirvana began. The food quality was exceptional, freshness was obviously a top priority here, as you could taste it in every single bite. The ingredients in our breakfast sandwiches were perfectly blended to give the optimal taste sensation. We complimented our meal with a very tasty 100%blended fruit drink from the fridge. As we sat and watched people come and go from Parlor Donuts we realized that this must be a very popular establishment. Bravo to you guys, well done!

I’m pretty picky with donuts. The only other donut place I LOVE in Jacksonville is Donut Shoppe. These donuts were so good! chocolate-chocolate was my favorite. They were flaky and croissant like. They were beautiful and had many different unique flavors. The young man behind the counter was very polite. The only negative was that 1/2 a dozen donuts and two dog donuts ended up being $29!
