I ordered the woon sen today and was horrified to find TWO 6-inch pieces of yarn cooked into the food. How does something like that even happen? On top of that, their basil is nothing like traditional Thai basil—it’s dark red, lacks spice, and has a strange sour taste. Overall, the food was terrible, and I’m incredibly disappointed. I won’t be coming back. It’s especially frustrating because Thai food is my favorite, and this is the only Thai restaurant in town.

Original taste Thai Food. Delicious Fried Rice and Padthai. They also did adjustment on the salty level and spicy level for everyone can eat. Best combo with reasonable prices.

We had a good time at Jays Thai Food tonight. The food was pretty good. We had a large group. The service was okay. The food was a little slow in coming out. They even forgot an order for one of the people from our group. He had to go to the counter to remind them about his order. The waitress apologized and offered him a ten percent discount on his food.

We waited over an hour to eat “pad-se-ew” and “fried rice”.
We actually didn’t initially order these dishes as we wanted some Pad Thai. They ran out of the noodles.
Because we weren’t able to get what we initially wanted, they offered some free appetizers. We chose the chicken spring rolls, as they told us it was the most popular. These were not seasoned and tasted like fried yesterdays leftover materials
After over 50 minutes of putting in our initial order, we finally got our food. My Pad Se Ew tasted like someone dumped soy sauce and sugar on top of some noodles. Imagine if someone who never tasted Thai food in their life was asked to cook this dish, this is exactly how it tasted.
My wife order a spicy fried rice, what we got was a soggy rice dish with some vegetables. I’ve never seen fried rice come out looking like a risotto at a Thai restaurant before.
I’m hoping this isn’t normal for this restaurant as it’s gotten great reviews. We had a TERRIBLE experience but hopefully they get their act together as I would love a good Thai place close to my house.

The food was ok at best.. the people are super friendly the price is ridiculous! It’s not called Jay’s anymore either. For two people it was 63 dollars but including the tip!

Really great place to eat. Seems like nobody knows about it. It was virtually empty. But highly recommend.

Really great food. Would recommend the Cashew stir fry with beef and black pepper garlic fried rice with shrimp (we got medium spice).

Disappointed. Food was bland and uninspired. The fried rice had frozen peas and carrots, with hardly any onions or bean sprouts. The chicken rice soup had nice chunks of chicken, but the broth barely tasted like chicken.

Went here for my friends birthday. Our food was good, her mild dish was a little hotter than usual, but it was still good and we enjoyed it. The poor waitress was by herself on a friday night and us both being in the food industry for long amounts of time we definitely felt for her. Hopefully she gets some help soon!

Went for lunch and the food was delicious. Fresh ingredients and the server was very knowledgeable about the dishes. The prices were not bad at all. They also sell Boba Tea drinks as well as other tea drinks.
