Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Great dependable breakfast taquito .. but they didn’t leave room for cream and sugar in my coffee and it spilled in the car as soon as I took lid off. Leave 2 fingers please ( next time.). Will come again! Love the Flood cups w 100% profit going to flood victims!

Food was good if you get the right order. I had my food brought to the table and it wasn’t what I ordered. I looked at the receipt and what was brought was correct by the receipt but absolutely different from what I told the cashier. Didn’t want to make a scene so we just ate it but make sure to have your order told back to you. Also the sweet tea was delicious.

I stopped in recently when the store wasn’t busy (just two other customers inside). Ordering was quick, but while waiting for my food I overheard a manager repeatedly raising his voice about employees taking too long in the restroom. He was very loud, and even while I was dining in for about 25 minutes I could still hear him continuing the same comments. I understand his concern, but the way it was handled felt unprofessional and uncomfortable for both staff and customers.
When my food arrived, my order was incorrect (missing a patty on my double meat burger), though the staff corrected it without issue.
Overall, the food was fine once fixed, but the atmosphere was unpleasant because of the manager’s approach. I’ll likely choose a different location going forward.

I find it ridiculous how expensive fast food is now. It is nice when you are able to get a discount on your meal but they look me dead in the face and say they will not honor the free whataburger with the purchase of a medium fry and drink after completing the survey. They said it’s only on Friday and only with the app. Look at the picture. Where does it say that.

Whataburget has a good, delicious burger.
I like and trust it more than other burger joints. The burgers are big and loaded with nutritious vegetables. The vegetables are fresh and refreshing. A good serving for vegetables. I like the bacon jalapeño cheese burger with the works . It hits the spot.
The bread the burgers are served in are chewy and delicious. It’s one of my favorite burgers.

It’s a Texas tradition. Their burgers are good and really like the specialty shakes they offer. They are pricey for a fast food place..Love their app.
