Food was still good but I got it delivered and I was missing my guac and bacon, both cost extra, asked for less with the mayo and mustard and well, that doesn’t look like less to me. Sorry for the messy looking photos, that’s just how it came. To be fair I ordered an hour before closing, so they probably just rushed it out.

Sandwich was nasty and barely had any tuna in it. I took it apart and could barely see any tuna on the bread!!!
Now I remember why subway is no longer the sandwich of choice, quite frankly surprised they are still around. $10.00 for a sandwich, outrageous, so much for the 5 dollar footlongs. prices have not gone up that much to charge double in less than 20 years. This corporate greed has gone entirely too far.

I ordered a chicken rotisserie salad this evening at our hotel we are staying.
My co driver picked it up from the door dasher.
Brought into our hotel.
I opened up and there was no lettuce on my order I specifically stated lettuce.
Besides who eats a salad without lettuce it spinach or some type of greens on it.
Waste of 10 dollars

Me and my partner went to the store after work. We were choosing our sandwich and instead of listening to me this woman with dark hair working the front was very rude! Had attitude that made my partner just instantly not feeling well were being treated with good customer service! The store smelled very bad and as we were leaving she started to smile like our business was a problem. I recommend firing that employee! I work in food industry and if there’s an employee that is making the customers feel uncomfortable due to only ordering one sandwich like if there’s customer interaction is not the most important part of her service! I hope it is corrected.

I came in about 1350 today to order 2 footloose and the7″ sub of the day meal…we live just up the street and order there frequently taking advantage of the coupons. The last few times have been terrible…food is thrown together, and we are treated like we are an inconvenience…when the gal with the short brown hair mad my sandwich, cold cut combo. It only had bologna on it, I told her that wasn’t right and she said that was right and sent it thru…got it home and no mayo, no condiments…maybe you should be looking better at who you are hiring

At the drive through they don’t have an updated menu so you can’t order your food and will not answer when pushing the help button. Pulled up to the window and they said I have to go through the drive through or go inside to order cuz they can’t take orders at the window when their machine doesn’t work or have an up to date menu. Customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and this is not the first time I’ve had bad customer service here.

Wow. This place was one of the best subways I have visited. Fast, friendly, made it the way I wanted with a smile never skimp’d when i asked for extra olives. Clean and professional.
