This Dunkin is the best. The owner and staff know me by name and greet me every day, which honestly makes my mornings better. They’re always on top of it and will even expedite my order when they see me walking in if it’s not already ready. Great service, friendly people, and consistently solid coffee; you can’t ask for more.

If you’re interested in things floating in your coffee, and the side of bacon mushy and a lump instead of crispy strips, then this is your spot. At 8:29 the original coffee tastes burnt and as if it was filtered through a sock.

Not good store. We stopped for a quick refreshment and received some bad order back. Restroom was clean , location slightly not easy to access from other side of parkway road but it is in good spot. We ordered for hot cappuccino and we received a very mild , not tasty , upper side of the sweet. This is for all 3 orders we gave??. It is bad that we did not get even close to what we expected for a standard in other good Dunkin location. Staffs were not rude or friendly. We received the orders quickly and store was not even crowded when we stopped.

While waiting in the drive-thru, I noticed the huge sign that said “free medium drink with purchase” for new member. So I downloaded the app to take advantage of the deal. When I got to the window, I showed my app on my phone to inquire. The young lady stated that the offer only applied to coffee and not the drink that I ordered. I pointed to the sticker on their window that clearly said “free medium drink” not free medium coffee. She stood firm stating that it only applied to coffee. I paid then checked the terms and condition in the offer after I pulled out of line. It actual states, “This is a great chance to explore our drink menu, from coffee and expressos to tea and Refreshers.” There are no exclusions mentioned for the free drink and it doesn’t state that it only applies to coffee. Not sure what scam they are running. Be warned! This is my last visit.

The slowest Dunkin in the state, probably the county. Expect to be in line for 20 minutes plus if the line goes into the parking lots for items that are made so inconsistent you never know how your coffee or food is going to be

Got a latte today that doesn’t look like the picture . Hardly no whipped cream to cut costs obviously . I won’t order at this location again. I’m not sure why it’s so ridiculously busy other than there’s no where else close by to get coffee.Oh and Carmel drizzle nowhere to be found. I paid 4:45 for an iced coffee

Sadly, our local DD took a bit of a hit. Two of their amazing employees left for reasons unknown, and the quality of food and service went way-way down. Where I used to go 2-3 times wkly, I now only go 2-3 times a month, and only if I absolutely have to bc I didn’t have time to eat at home. I’m super disappointed, bc our entire community loved this DD.
