First time in and the service from the ladies working was fantastic. Super helpful and polite. I got the chicken club with all the add ons. The chicken was chopped but just didn’t have a ton of flavor. 8″ sandwich, drink and chips for $17. It was just alright nothing to get too excited about.

The Lunch My husband and I had was BEYOND expectation! we both got the “wreck” sandwhich with soup and chips–My first time trying this- and I will definitely be adding this to our go to spots! the charm of the decor and amount of scenery to take in while enjoying your meal was amazing. the employees there were friendly, and efficient only reason for a 4 out of 5 was due to the lack of conversation (not a negative- I just personally enjoy a good chit chat) 🙂

Placed an order using door dash, but this is 100% on potbelly. Ordered half Cuban and a half salad combo thingy.
The half salad looked like it had been at the bottom of a trash can all day and then pulled out to complete my order. Lots of rotten looking lettuce, shriveled up tomatoes. I picked through and removed all of the questionable stuff before attempting to eat. Ate about 6 bites that’s when got disgusted. Then about 25 hours later I became violently ill. Profuse diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, all the symptoms of food poisoning.
Negative 20 stars of I could. I am writing this review while on the toilet for the 12th time in 4-5 hours and right after I projectile vomited a dozen times into my bathroom sink because the vomiting came out of nowhere. 1000% certain this was the result of the bunk-azz lettuce I was given.

Having grown up in Chicago, I have been going to Potbelly’s for years. When they finally made it to the Phoenix Valley I was thrilled.
Now with this one open in the West Valley, there are plenty of locations wherever you are.
This one was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The food tasted fresh and was made to look like it was assembled with care.
The inside is spacious enough for a sandwich shop. With plenty of seating inside and out. I
And they deliver too.
I will definitely be coming back here again.
