While neighboring food places like panda express are doing their best to please their customers. This chipotle location has focused on cutting down the food quantity by a lot. The extra chicken I paid $3.95 for is in the photo. Pathetic

I generally appreciate visiting this Chipotle location due to the courteous and accommodating staff, as well as their punctuality.
However, in the past two weeks, I have encountered RAW CHICKEN in my burrito and bowl on three separate occasions.
The chicken is exceptionally chewy, has a deep red color, and emits a distinct odor of rawness from outside the foil-wrapped burrito.
Initially, I attributed these incidents to potential mistakes. However, the occurrence of raw chicken in three out of two weeks suggests that some of the cooks may not be adhering to the established guidelines.
Despite my overall positive experience with this location and my infrequent issues, I feel compelled to provide this feedback to ensure that the staff is reviewing batches to identify and rectify these fallbacks.
I am writing this review with the intention of receiving feedback from someone who can review the batches to identify potential issues. However, I must express my disappointment in leaving a one-star rating because raw meat should not be an issue with food standards in 2026.

What can you say, Chipotle always hits the spot! It’s a new establishment so it’ll take some time for them to get a flow, but overall they have great customer service and load your bowl as normal. The space is spacious and clean!

Chipotle in Lake Stevens is one of the most inconsistent spots I’ve been to. Some days the food tastes great and the staff is helpful, but other days the portions are tiny and the bowls lack flavor completely. It really depends on who is serving you. A few employees are friendly and actually give you what you ask for, while others act annoyed and serve the smallest portions possible. The vibe in the store is off and the manager never seems engaged or approachable, which sets the tone for the whole place. This location needs a serious reset in consistency, flavor, and overall attitude.

I prefer the order online and pickup in store option. This location is great to have in the area! As we all know, chipotle prices have drastically increased in the last ten years, but good deals can occasionally be had (look for promotions when they are reducing the cost of an entree redemption in their points system).

I’m really frustrated. I love Chipotle and this is the only location near my home. It’s great for getting a healthy meal without having to cook.
But I can’t keep pretending they get my order right or make it with care. Just tonight, I essentially lost 5$ because they forgot to pack a sauce I ordered and filled my drink with the wrong soda. On multiple occasions I’ve found entire chunks of meat in my side of guacamole. A) this is gross, b) I am intolerant to a lot of meats, and c) this took up most of the cup and left me with none of the 3 dollar side of guacamole!
Really what I’m looking for is resolution and for the store to work on attention to detail and care over speed. I really don’t want to stop going here, but I also don’t want to keep wasting money.

My food tasted like only beans, despite having almost every topping in my bowl. My lemonade tasted like Lemon scented cleaner. Unfortunately the only thing I can give them credit for is the queso. Not to mention the staff didn’t have a good attitude when we came to them about our unsatisfactory meal. They laughed at us from the back which is not out of customers view by any means. Don’t get Chipotle from here. Go somewhere else.

Amazing! Although I like Qdoba better, personally, this place is great! Happy to be part of the grand opening! I had a bowl with chicken and beans, while my grandson had a steak burrito. We both enjoyed it heavily! Chips are a little stale, but that’s okay! Thank you for coming to Lake Stevens.
