This sandwich was super simple, just your average ham and Swiss, but it was very, very good. Everything arrived exactly as expected. The bread was delicious and meats/cheese of good quality. I was very impressed and look forward to trying other menu items. Well done, guys!

The staff were wonderful! The sour dough is out of this world. Just the right amount of sour taste, crisp on the outside, and moist in the middle. My family each had their own signature sandwich. I tasted them all! They were all delicious . I had a salad and all of the ingredients were fresh. Italian dressing perfect! Definitely recommend!

This is a great sandwich place. At first glance looks like a subway type place, but the ingredients clearly make a difference. $13 for the full size meatball sub, it was delicious and filling. The bread did not disappoint

West Coast Sourdough is wonderful! Their sandwiches taste so fresh and delicious. Loved that they make their own bread as well. I had the 8″ Garlic Turkey Pesto and it was so good and fulfilling I couldn’t even finish it! I definitely recommend trying this new awesome place!

Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the service is incompetent for being a close knit place. Ordered a good amount worth of food which included a lobster bisque soup in a bread bowl, when I took my order home there was no soup found just an empty bread bowl. I drove across town to fix the error and get the soup I payed for. They seemed hesitant when I told them the situation as if I was lying! Rude. They then agree to give me the soup and a cookie to make up for the error which was sweet. I drive back home to open my soup and find broccoli and cheddar NOT lobster bisque. The staff is a complete mess. So if you order PLEASE count and open all your food containers to make sure it’s all accounted for.

I was really disappointed by this veggie sandwich—it was easily the worst I’ve ever had. For $15, it was almost entirely bread, with barely any vegetables in sight. Honestly, it felt more like a $3 sandwich, and I regret not reading the other reviews first to avoid this.

I got the bbq brisket sandwich and WOW! IT was immaculate! The brisket was cooked to perfection and thinly sliced. The bbq sauce was not over powering each flavor blended perfectly the coleslaw and the cheese. The bread was soft with a crunchy crust you could tell it was fresh! 10/10 plus the restaurant was clean and service was fast.

Both times I’ve been here it’s been a painfully long wait for a simple 6-inch sandwich. They seem to prioritize online and phone orders before anyone ordering at the counter. And after waiting and watching others get their food, they have to ask me again what I ordered, obviously since my order slipped through the cracks. Don’t go here if you’re in any kind of time crunch (lunch break). I won’t be back.

Do not get the Greek salad! Calling it that is a misnomer, as it barely had any of the usual ingredients you world expect. And the taste was mediocre at best. This is the first and last time I’ll order food from there.

Unfortunately the owner harassed an elderly old woman who was incontinent. This disabled old woman was in her 70’s and didn’t quite make it to the toilet. Apparently she was taking too much time in the restroom cleaning herself up, which must have irritated the owner. The old woman communicated through the closed door and her embarrassment that she was cleaning up after herself. The owner was unrelenting in his inhumanity and sought out the security for the shopping center. Once security realized that they had been maliciously set upon a disabled old woman, the security guard started defending the old woman. FIVE Stars for the security guard and negative stars for the disgrace-to-Chico owner of West Coast Sourdough. And if anyone’s empathy hinges on whether or not she was a customer, yes, she had been, but didn’t finish her meal and left after being thoroughly embarrassed. So she can’t relay an accurate rating for the food. Give your business to someone decent.
