This very rude lady when taking our order lost this store a customer. Order 1st meal then hangs up on us. When we pushed the button, and told her we were not finished ordering. She was very rude and just said “what else” just makes it where I don’t want to come back. This is was at 10:19 am on January 21st.

Went there tonight and got a kids meal, several drinks, and one of the 1.99 burgers because I wasn’t that hungry. Get all the way home to find no meat on the burger. Not sure how that could happen. The guy who brought out my food was great though.

For the second Thursday in a row whoever is opening the restaurant on 288 Loop in Denton, TX., is refusing to answer the red button! It’s supposed to be open and ready for business at 6 am but I waited until 6:15 and while I could see her in there she was not doing anything. Such a shame because it’s my favorite stop in the morning because I have very little time and usually fast service.

This location is usually decent, I always order ahead on the app. Today at around 10:30am I had put in my order for a breakfast burrito and broccoli cheddar tots. I didn’t check the bag before leaving since it’s usually perfect, this time I should’ve. I was given two sausage breakfast sandwiches instead. Very disappointed in this location.

The girl who took the order was very rude. We asked two different questions, and each time she ignored our question. She has no customer service skills, and has no business working with customers. This place has fell off if you want soggy microwaved chili cheese tots, disgusting burgers and all of your food being luke warm or microwaved this place is for you… I don’t understand the high prices for such low quality food ♂️ might as well not serve food and just sale drinks and ice cream.
