I got to say it exceeded my expectations. The amount of food for the price was spectacular. I ordered the chef’s special and it was all grade a top-notch high-end. Our server, Zen, explain multiple menu items and let us down a great path. So much food my wife had to roll me out. Absolutely sure we will go back multiple times

This restaurant is small but is nicely decorated and clean. Seating is spaced nicely , I didn’t feel too close to anyone. A great variety of rolls and other food options. We had the lunch special of two rolls for $24. Papa salmon was our favorite but Sassy Girl was delicious as well. We tried the Pork dumplings. They come with 6 dumplings and a nice sauce. We enjoyed them. Tempura shrimp was nicely seasoned and battered. Scrimp tasted fresh and vegetables were delicious. Their sauce and I did asked for a spicy mayo were perfect. Definitely a great experience all in all. Some of the best Asian food we had had. We will be back!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice hostess that welcomed us in to Sushi Suyu and got us seated right away.
Our server, Max, was amazing! He was very prompt and friendly and helped us decide what to order and gave some solid reccomendations.
I had the KFC in the sweet and spicy sauce with a side of the sushi rice. My wife had the Pisa Hut sushi roll which looked amazing and she said it was the best sushi ever. We did share an order of the pork pan fried dumplings which were delicious.
Everything we had was a 10/10 and the service was a 10/10 (ask for Max!) The atmosphere and decor is so nice and its just a really cool spot in downton Apex.
Not to mention, Sushi Suyu has a perfect 100 State Board of Health score.
We cant wait to go back.

Typically we save our sushi cravings for Sushi Thai in Cary but after driving past SUYU for a year we decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed!!
The food is fresh and was prepared quickly. We ordered the Garlic Edamame and Dumplings to start which were delicious. For rolls we ordered the Eel Roll, Yellow Pepper, Philadelphia, and Dynamite Salmon. The fish was fresh and we appreciated the different combinations of ingredients.
After seeing reviews we knew we had to order the K-Pancake for dessert and it was the perfect end to a great meal.
We will definitely be coming back to Sushi SUYU much more often! Definitely give this place a try!

Food was fresh and tasty. I got the Papa Salmon roll (shrimp tempura on the inside and tempura salmon on top) and Tamago Nigiri. With a miso soup this was plenty of food for dinner. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good sushi with a nice ambiance, without breaking the bank. Service was excellent, thank you to the nice waitress who served us.

This place was awesome. The food service and vibes were all great. Some of the best sushi I have had in the US. This place is a bit pricier than others in the area but well worth it in my opinion. Everything we got was fantastic. Our server was super nice and attentive too. The sushi options were a bit limited but everything was super good quality. The salmon truffle carpaccio was melt in your mouth delicious 10/10 highly recommend
