Went through the drive thru got a coffee which turned out great. However I orders their tomato and mozzarella on fuccacia and this is what I got. Bread with barely anything else. Extremely disappointed that I spent 7$ on this “sandwich”.

☕ Starbucks Farmington Hills, Absolute Mayhem, Absolute Masterclass

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear green aprons.

It was a random weekday afternoon at the Orchard Lake & Northwestern Highway Starbucks.
I pulled in expecting calm. Instead? Pure controlled chaos. The drive-thru was wrapped around both streets at once. I thought they were giving away Teslas.

So I placed a mobile order and watched the show unfold: horns, steam, baristas moving like an Olympic relay team. I almost left, but something said, stay, whoever’s inside is giving everything they’ve got.

When I walked in, the energy hit me. The smell of espresso, the rush of people, it felt like a live concert powered by caffeine.

And then I saw them: Bee, Anika, and Bree.
The Holy Trinity of Hustle. The Caffeine Avengers.

Bee was pulling espresso shots like a pro DJ.
Anika called out orders before they were even made, psychic levels of focus.
Bree was blending, bagging, steaming, smiling, dodging mobile orders like a champion.

They moved as one, no chaos, just rhythm. Every reach anticipated, every drink flawless.

Orders kept flooding in, kids were crying, the drive-thru was madness,
but these three stayed calm, synced, and unstoppable.

Even my sandwiches came out hot and perfect.
That’s when it hit me, this isn’t just coffee. It’s commitment under pressure.

Bee. Anika. Bree.
You turned a caffeine crisis into choreography. You made people believe in hope again, one latte at a time.

Starbucks corporate, if this ever reaches you: pay these people more.
That’s $45-an-hour energy, minimum.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give ten stars, I would. Not all heroes wear capes, some wear aprons and keep the world caffeinated when chaos hits.

For the 2nd morning in a week, I placed an online order to pickup on my way and they “misplaced” my food. I’m standing there like an idiot trying to give them a little extra time in case they were backed up even though it wasn’t busy and not one person checked to see why I was standing there with my drinks already. They are all looking down with grumpy faces not greeting anyone. If you can avoid this location, avoid it!! They do not take pride in their work and use zero logic when they see food sitting around. They never apologized, didn’t offer to make new ones that weren’t ice cold, just handed me the cold sandwiches and went on.

RUDE staff. Terrible business operation. Wait 20 min for one cake pop they could just grab from the counter. I will be boycotting Starbucks from now on after me & my 3 year old were rudely treated and told “there are 15 orders ahead of yours.” And shamed when I asked if they could just give me the cake pop. They prioritize mobile orders when people aren’t even there! That’s not how you run a business…

I visited Wednesday, October 1 at 11:40am and ordered an iced latte and pastry in-store. Despite no line inside and six staff working, I waited far too long—over 20 minutes—for a simple drink. Others who ordered after me got their drinks first, and the staff seemed disorganized, with the cashier not even recalling me when I checked in. Another customer left after a similar delay not even getting the drink she paid for. To top it off, the latte was mediocre and the pumpkin bread tasted like Saran Wrap. The drive-thru was busy, but in-store service shouldn’t suffer like this. Please improve order prioritization and communication.

I visit here often in the mornings before I get ready for work. TWICE this week I received ice cold sandwiches that were not ran through toaster. I didn’t realize it and had to drive all the way back only to be disregarded by the manager and listen to her make excuses for “new staff” instead of trying to make things better with the customer. She made a comment that she sees me as a regular customer all the time but didn’t do anything to accommodate the inconvenience which only made it worse and agitated me. It seems they are too busy being friends and socializing here than focusing on the quality of service to customers.

The workers were so rude and they don’t know how to spell my name. David is consistently rude to me and always gives me such attitude. I always get my drinks made wrong and anytime. I tell them they roll their eyes. The service here is terrible.

Came by yesterday and again today. Placed mobile orders both times, Monday was super fast and staff was super friendly. They also didn’t mind me placing a separate order for a double smoked bacon because I forgot it when I did my mobile. Today was also great, I placed a mobile order and asked at the speaker if I could add a pup cup for my poor doggo who had to go to the vet two days in a row. They said it’d be no problem to add one! I really appreciate it and so did Sheba!

Went in to get something to drink and a brownie. And i was been waiting for over 15 minutes. Not to mention I didn’t ask for it to be heated. How long does it take to get someone a brownie. Wasted my half of my lunch break waiting. Unacceptable.
