ordered an impossible whopper with extra pickles and mayo. it was perfect. there was multiple layers of pickles and a glorious amount of mayonnaise spilling over the sides. it was the best burger i have ever had in my life. to whoever made this burger sent from heaven, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My husband came to get dinner and his order was taken, he had one car ahead of them that got their food but when he got to the window to get our food , they told him they didn’t have anymore food and that they were closing. We have never had any problems with this location. You should be ashamed of yourselves taking an order and then can’t give the order.

So when I first get here who I believe to be the manager, she is getting together a drive through order with is perfectly fine. She then comes to take my order and she has a very dismissive attitude. I try and crack a joke and be a little goofy to lighten things up, didn’t even work. So I get my food I sit down and eat and have no problems at all. I’ve then decide I go back and get a cup of ice cream. The same woman in the blue shirt I’m pretty sure my now is the manager comes back to take my order with the same exact attitude. She takes my money and she starts to walk towards the ice cream machine when she sees one of her friends through the drive-through window and makes a B line right to the window. She then starts cutting up and laughing with the girl and taking her order. I stand at the front counter for about 10 minutes before the drive-through girl comes up and asked me if you need to take my order and I told her I had already ordered. Then the drive-through girl decides to go back and make my ice cream and bring it to me. When the manager completes her cutting up and laughing with her friend at the window, she turns around and stands in between a cooler and the ice cream machine and starts to eat some food and looks at me like I did something wrong not even asking if I had gotten my order. Pretty rude.

Been here 5 times, order has been wrong four times even though the receipt was correct. Park and check your food before you leave.

Update: they are still bad… so bad I came to do this update. They got my order wrong and the receipt shows, drove back up there to get it redone and instead of giving me the double whopper with cheese, they gave me a whopper with cheese and didn’t even offer me anything for driving back up there.

I only go here because it’s close to my house.

I’m so disappointed.

The lack of choice on the menu was frustrating, as I couldn’t even opt for a double whopper without jalapenos.

The constant issue with their ice cream machine being broken is unacceptable; it’s become a running joke at this point.

The mozzarella sticks were disappointingly small and lacked any flavor and the long wait times made the experience even more frustrating.

On top of that, even the large drink plastic didn’t close correctly, leading to spillage.

I’m not even talking about how little the variety of drink is compared to other nearby fast food places.

I just can’t recommend it.

Food was the food despite the problems during my visit!! A cook was playing in her hair and another one was handling his phone with gloves on plus the cashier was vaping while working!! Took me awhile to make this review because I lost my receipt to show exactly when my visit was but I found it!!!

Well burger King messed up once again but this time badly….order me a crispy chicken sandwich and it looks burnt and old like it been sitting out for a while even the smell of it is gross.

Service is great greeted as soon as you come in order takin promptly and food served fresh and hot hashbrowns were great not burnt or over cooked this has by far been the best burger king I’ve ate at im from orlando and none of ours are anything close to this food GREAT JOB!

They never fail to mess up my order. I asked for a double cheeseburger meal with a 8pc mozzarella fry and I was not happy with what I received. They gave me 8 broken mozzarella fries smashed in a box and no fries with my meal. I do not recommend this BK.

called to ask a very simple question regarding the current kids toys. the person answering said “hello” (no reference to the business whatsoever) and sounded pissed that I was even calling. I inquired about the kids toys, to which I was told “I’m too busy to answer that.” lol. – I give it a both thumbs down in regard to how you should treat a customer and your willingness (because it’s your job and all) to handle their inquires.
